본 발명은 저장성 및 항균성이 우수한 농산물 보관용 포장보드에 관한 것이다. 한 구체예에서 상기 포장보드는 포장기재층; 상기 포장기재층의 적어도 일면에 형성되며, 숯, 활성탄 및 카제인을 포함하는 코팅층; 및 상기 코팅층의 일면에 함침되고, 적어도 일부가 상기 코팅층의 표면에 노출되는 숯, 활성탄 및 탄산수소나트륨을 포함한다.
Description
본 발명은 저장성 및 항균성이 우수한 농산물 보관용 포장보드에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 포장재(또는 포장보드)로는 내장 라이너지 및 외장 라이너지, 및 그 사이에 삽입된 골심지 등으로 이루어진 골판지 원지를 3겹 이상 합지하여 제조하는 골판지를 사용하고 있다. 골판지는 위생적이며, 접착성, 인쇄성 및 가공성이 우수하고, 비교적 가격이 저렴하고, 재활용 가능한 점에서 널리 사용되고 있다.
상기 골판지는 그 내측에 농산물의 보관시 발생하는 가스 및 습도를 흡착하는 방법이나 방식이 없었으며, 농산물의 저장 및 유통 시, 농산물에서 발생하는 습기에 의해 골판지의 강도가 낮아지는 것을 방지토록 골판지의 표면에 파라핀왁스를 코팅하여 습기를 차단하는 방식이 사용되고 있었다.
그러나 이러한 파라핀왁스 코팅된 골판지는 밀폐된 박스내부에 습기가 남아있어 농산물의 저장성을 저하시키는 문제점이 있었다.
농산물을 포장재 내부에 수용하여 저장 및 유통하는 경우, 시간이 경과하면서 농산물에서 이산화탄소나, 천연 식물 성장 호르몬의 일종인 에틸렌 가스(C2H4)가 발생하는데, 이는 농산물의 숙성을 촉진하고 결국 농산물이 변성되어 부패, 당도 및 선도 저하 등의 원인이 되고 있다.
이와 관련하여 대한민국 공개특허공보 제2013-0059133호에서는 피포장물의 포장을 위한 포장보드료; 및 상기 포장보드료의 표면에 형성되고 인산티타늄계화합물 또는 그 축합체를 유효성분으로 하는 광촉매층을 포함하는 농산물의 신선도 유지용 포장보드가 개시되고 있다. 그러나 이와 같은 경우 습기를 완전히 제어하지 못하는 문제점이 있었다.
한편, 숯은 나무와 같이 가로 세로 어디나 통하는 가느다란 파이프를 한데 묶은 것과 같은 조직과 구조를 가지고 있다. 이 기공의 크기와 구조는 수종에 따라 다소 차이가 있으나, 기본적으로는 같은데 이 기공의 내부 면적을 측정해 보면 숯 1g 당 약 330㎡ 이나 된다. 또한, 상기 기공의 크기는 수 ㎛ ~ 수백 ㎛의 기공으로 되어 있어 박테리아, 방사균 등 미생물이 서식하기에 적당하고 흡착력이 강해 물이나 공기의 정화에 알맞으며 집안의 습기를 방지하는 조절기능도 탁월하여 주목받고 있다.
본 발명의 목적은 저장성, 항곰팡이성, 항균성 및 선도 유지 효과가 우수한 농산물 보관용 포장보드를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 농약 제거기능이 우수하고, 친환경적이며, 경제성이 우수한 농산물 보관용 포장보드를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 제습성, 및 탈취 효과가 우수한 농산물 보관용 포장보드를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 내충격성 및 안정성이 우수한 농산물 보관용 포장보드를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 하나의 관점은 저장성 및 항균성이 우수한 농산물 보관용 포장보드 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 한 구체예에서 상기 농산물 보관용 포장보드 제조방법은 숯 및 활성탄 100 중량부 및 카제인 바인더 25~150 중량부를 포함하는 제1 혼합물을 포장기재의 적어도 일면에 도포하여 코팅층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 코팅층의 표면에 숯 및 활성탄 80~160 중량부 및 탄산수소나트륨 1~100 중량부를 포함하는 제2 혼합물을 도포하는 단계; 및 상기 제2 혼합물이 도포된 코팅층을 건조하는 단계;를 포함한다.
한 구체예에서 상기 제1 혼합물 및 제2 혼합물에 포함되는 숯 및 활성탄의 평균크기는 0.01mm~10mm 일 수 있다.
한 구체예에서 상기 카제인 바인더는, 물 100 중량부 및 카제인 5~40 중량부를 1차 교반하여 제1 혼합액을 제조하고; 그리고 상기 제1 혼합액에 물 40~80 중량부를 더 투입하고 2차 교반하여; 제조될 수 있다.
한 구체예에서 상기 포장기재는 종이류, 부직포 또는 직포이며, 상기 종이류는 백판지, 황판지, 골판지 또는 크래프트지 일 수 있다.
본 발명 다른 관점은 상기 농산물 보관용 포장보드 제조방법에 의해 제조된 포장보드에 관한 것이다. 한 구체예에서 상기 포장보드는 포장기재층; 상기 포장기재층의 적어도 일면에 형성되며, 숯, 활성탄 및 카제인을 포함하는 코팅층; 및 상기 코팅층의 일면에 함침되고, 적어도 일부가 상기 코팅층의 표면에 노출되는 숯, 활성탄 및 탄산수소나트륨을 포함한다.
본 발명에 따른 포장보드는 항균성이 우수하며, 에틸렌 가스 및 이산화탄소 등을 용이하게 흡착하여 농산물의 보관 및 유통시 저장성 및 선도 유지 효과가 우수하여 부패 및 산패를 방지하여 유통기한을 향상시키고, 친환경적이며, 경제성이 우수하고, 탄산수소나트륨을 포함하여 농산물에 잔류하는 농약 성분의 흡착 제거 효과가 우수하며, 제습 및 탈취 효과가 우수할 수 있다.
도 1은 본 발명의 한 구체예에 따른 포장보드를 나타낸 것이다.
본 발명을 설명함에 있어서 관련된 공지기술 또는 구성에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 불필요하게 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 그 상세한 설명은 생략할 것이다.
그리고 후술되는 용어들은 본 발명에서의 기능을 고려하여 정의된 용어들로서 이는 사용자, 운용자의 의도 또는 관례 등에 따라 달라질 수 있으므로 그 정의는 본 발명을 설명하는 본 명세서 전반에 걸친 내용을 토대로 내려져야 할 것이다.
본 발명의 하나의 관점은 농산물 보관용 포장보드 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 구체예에서 상기 농산물 보관용 포장보드 제조방법은 (a) 코팅층 형성단계; (b) 제2 혼합물 도포단계; 및 (c) 건조단계;를 포함한다. 좀 더 구체적으로 숯 및 활성탄 100 중량부 및 카제인 바인더 25~150 중량부를 포함하는 제1 혼합물을 포장기재의 적어도 일면에 도포하여 코팅층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 코팅층의 표면에 숯 및 활성탄 80~160 중량부 및 탄산수소나트륨 1~100 중량부를 포함하는 제2 혼합물을 도포하는 단계; 및 상기 제2 혼합물이 도포된 코팅층을 건조하는 단계;를 포함한다.
이하, 본 발명에 따른 농산물 보관용 포장보드 제조방법을 단계별로 상세히 설명하도록 한다.
(a) 코팅층 형성단계
상기 단계는 숯 및 활성탄, 및 카제인 바인더를 포함하는 제1 혼합물을 포장기재의 적어도 일면에 도포하여 코팅층을 형성하는 단계이다. 구체예에서 상기 제1 혼합물은 숯 및 활성탄 100 중량부 및 카제인 바인더 25~150 중량부를 포함한다.
상기 포장기재는 통상적인 것을 사용할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 종이류, 부직포(non-woven fabric) 또는 직포(woven fabric)를 사용할 수 있다. 구체예에서 상기 종이류는 백판지, 황판지, 골판지 또는 크래프트(kraft)지를 사용할 수 있다. 여기서, 상기 골판지는 외장 라이너, 내장 라이너 및 골심지를 포함하여 제조된 것이다.
상기 부직포 및 직포는 고분자 섬유, 유리 섬유, 탄소 섬유, 천연 섬유, 금속 섬유 및 펄프 섬유 등으로 이루어질 수 있다. 상기 고분자 섬유로는 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에스터, 폴리에틸렌, 나일론, 비닐론(vinylon), 레이온, 아크릴, 아라미드, 폴리아크릴산 및 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET) 섬유 중에서 하나 이상을 사용할 수 있다.
상기 숯은 표면에 형성된 기공에 의해 농산물의 저장 및 유통시 시간 경과에 따라 발생하는 이산화탄소, 에틸렌 및 각종 유해 가스를 흡착 제거하는 목적으로 포함된다. 상기 숯은 통상적인 것을 사용할 수 있다. 구체예에서 상기 숯은 참나무류(갈참나무, 굴참나무, 물참나무 또는 줄참나무 등)에서 제조된 백탄, 흑탄 및 활성탄 중에서 하나 이상을 선택하여 사용할 수 있다. 다른 구체예에서는 재활용된 숯을 사용할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 신재를 사용하거나, 폐목재, 재선충에 감염된 소나무, 왕겨 및 갈대 등을 탄화하여 제조된 것을 사용할 수 있으나, 이에 제한되지 않는다. 특히 건설현장 또는 가구 등의 제작시 버려지는 폐목류에 포함된 수지 성분은 숯 제조시 전부 탄화가 되어서 없어지기 때문에 제한없이 사용될 수 있으며, 본 발명의 생산 단가를 절감할 수 있어 경제성이 우수할 수 있다.
상기 활성탄은 상기 숯과 함께 표면에 형성된 기공에 의해 농산물의 저장 및 유통시 시간 경과에 따라 발생하는 이산화탄소, 에틸렌 및 각종 유해 가스를 흡착 제거하는 목적으로 포함된다. 상기 활성탄은 숯을 800~1200℃의 고온 조건에서 수증기 또는 약품을 사용하여 상기 숯에 형성된 기공 크기 및 표면적을 증가시킨 것을 사용할 수 있다. 상기 활성탄은 상기 숯보다 가스 흡착효과가 우수한 것으로 알려져 있으며, 상기 숯과 활성탄을 함께 포함시 가스 흡착 효과 및 경제적 효과가 우수할 수 있다.
한 구체예에서 상기 숯 및 활성탄의 기공크기는 0.01~300㎛일 수 있으나, 이에 제한되지 않는다. 한편, 본 명세서에서 “크기”는 최대 길이를 의미한다. 상기 기공크기에서 가스 흡착효율이 우수할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 10~100㎛ 일 수 있다.
구체예에서 상기 숯 및 활성탄의 기공도는 0.5%~60%일 수 있으나, 이에 제한되지 않는다. 상기 기공크기에서 가스 흡착효율이 우수할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 5%~40%일 수 있다.
구체예에서 상기 숯 및 활성탄의 기공밀도는 10~105개/㎤일 수 있으나, 이에 제한되지 않는다. 상기 기공크기에서 가스 흡착효율이 우수할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 102~104개/㎤일 수 있다.
상기 제1 혼합물에 포함되는 숯 및 활성탄의 평균크기는 0.01~10mm일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 성형성 및 가스 흡착효율이 우수할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 0.01~8mm일 수 있다.
한 구체예에서 상기 숯 및 활성탄은 1:0.5~1:5 중량비로 포함될 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 상기 가스 흡착 제거효율이 우수하면서, 코팅층의 물리적 강도가 우수할 수 있다.
상기 카제인 바인더는 물 및 카제인을 포함하고, 부착성이 우수한 코팅층을 형성하여 전술한 숯 및 활성탄을 고정시키는 목적으로 포함된다. 한 구체예에서 상기 카제인 바인더는, 물 100 중량부 및 카제인 5~40 중량부를 1차 교반하여 제1 혼합액을 제조하여 5~30 분 동안 정치하고; 그리고 상기 제1 혼합액에 물 40~80 중량부를 더 투입하고 2차 교반한 다음; 20분~50분 동안 정치하여 제조될 수 있다. 상기와 같은 조건으로 정치하여 제조시 카제인이 물에 용이하게 혼합 및 분산되어, 상기 제1 혼합물의 성형성 및 상기 포장기재층과의 부착성이 우수할 수 있다. 한 구체예에서 상기 카제인 바인더는 수분 함량이 5 중량%~80 중량%로 제조할 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 혼합성 및 작업성이 우수할 수 있다.
한 구체예에서 상기 제1 혼합물의 수분 함량은 5 중량%~40 중량%로 조절할 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 혼합성 및 작업성이 우수할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 5 중량%~25 중량%로 조절할 수 있다.
상기 카제인(casein)은 우유를 산처리했을 때 응고되어 고체화되는 단백질로서, 아미노산, 인 및 당을 포함하는 화합물이다. 상기 카제인은 시판되는 제품을 제한 없이 사용할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 분말 형태의 카제인을 사용할 수 있다. 상기 물은 유동성 증가로 인한 성형성 및 혼합성을 확보하는 목적으로 포함된다.
상기 카제인 바인더는 상기 숯 및 활성탄 100 중량부에 대하여 25~150 중량부를 포함한다. 상기 범위에서 혼합성, 성형성 및 기재와의 부착성이 우수할 수 있다. 상기 카제인 바인더가 25 중량부 미만으로 포함시 혼합성 및 성형성이 저하되고, 코팅층의 강도를 확보하기 어려우며, 150 중량부를 초과하여 포함시 혼합성 및 성형성이 저하되며, 상기 숯 및 활성탄 성분의 유해 가스 흡착효과 및 습도 조절 효과가 저하될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 30~120 중량부 포함될 수 있다.
(b) 제2 혼합물 도포단계
상기 단계는 상기 코팅층의 표면에 숯, 활성탄 및 탄산수소나트륨을 포함하는 제2 혼합물을 도포하는 단계이다. 좀 더 구체적으로, 상기 형성된 코팅층의 표면에 숯 및 활성탄 80~160 중량부 및 탄산수소나트륨 1~100 중량부를 포함하는 제2 혼합물을 도포한다.
이때, 상기 숯 및 활성탄은 전술한 성분과 동일한 것을 사용할 수 있으며, 1:0.5~1:5 중량비로 포함될 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 상기 가스 흡착 제거효율 및 습도 유지 효과가 우수할 수 있다.
한 구체예에서 상기 숯 및 활성탄은 상기 제1 혼합물의 숯 및 활성탄 100 중량부에 대하여 80~160 중량부 포함될 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 본 발명의 부착성을 저해하지 않으면서 가스 흡착효과가 우수할 수 있다. 상기 숯 및 활성탄이 80 중량부 미만으로 포함시 가스 흡착효과 및 습도 조절효과가 저하되며, 160 중량부를 초과하여 포함시 상기 코팅층의 안정성이 저하되어 외부 충격에 쉽게 이탈될 수 있다.
상기 제2 혼합물에 포함되는 숯 및 활성탄의 평균크기는 0.01~10mm일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 성형성 및 가스 흡착효율이 우수할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 0.01~5mm일 수 있다.
상기 탄산수소나트륨(NaHCO3)은 항균성, 항곰팡이성 및 항박테리아성의 확보 및 포장보드에 저장되는 농산물에 포함된 잔류 농약 성분을 흡착 제거하는 목적으로 포함된다.
또한 상기 탄산수소나트륨은 상기 제1 혼합물에 투입하여 코팅층을 제조시, 상기 제1 혼합물에 포함되는 카제인과 반응하여 빠르게 건조 및 경화되기 때문에, 상기 코팅층 형성후 상기 제2 혼합물에 포함되어 도포한다.
상기 탄산수소나트륨은 상기 제1 혼합물의 숯 및 활성탄 100 중량부에 대하여 1~100 중량부 포함된다. 상기 범위에서 항균성, 항곰팡이성, 항박테리아성 및 농약 성분 제거효과가 우수하며, 상기 탄산수소나트륨이 1 중량부 미만으로 포함시 항균성, 항박테리아성 및 잔류 농약 성분 제거효과가 저하되고, 100 중량부를 초과하여 포함시 증가량에 비해 효과의 증가가 미미하여 경제적으로 바람직하지 않다. 예를 들면 1~80 중량부 포함될 수 있다. 다른 예를 들면 3~50 중량부 포함될 수 있다. 또 다른 예를 들면 3~15 중량부 포함될 수 있다.
상기 숯, 활성탄 및 탄산수소나트륨은, 상기 코팅층의 표면에 도포되어, 경화된 코팅층의 표면에 함침되어 적어도 일부가 상기 코팅층의 표면에 노출된다.
(c) 건조단계
상기 단계는 상기 제2 혼합물이 도포된 코팅층을 건조하는 단계이다. 구체예에서 상기 제1 혼합물을 15℃~35℃에서 1시간~24시간 동안 건조할 수 있다. 상기 조건으로 건조시 강도가 우수한 코팅층이 형성될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 15℃~35℃에서 1시간~12시간 동안 건조할 수 있다.
한 구체예에서 상기 코팅층 0.1mm 내지 25mm의 두께로 형성될 수 있다. 여기서 상기 두께는, 상기 코팅층 표면에 형성된 제2 혼합물을 포함하는 두께일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 포장보드의 성형성, 저장성, 방습성, 항균성 및 가스제거효율이 우수할 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 관점은 상기 포장보드의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 포장보드에 관한 것이다. 도 1은 본 발명의 한 구체예에 따른 포장보드를 나타낸 것이다. 한 구체예에서 포장보드(100)는 포장기재층(10); 포장기재층(10)의 적어도 일면에 형성되며, 숯, 활성탄 및 카제인을 포함하는 코팅층(20); 및 코팅층(20)의 일면에 함침되고, 적어도 일부가 코팅층(20)의 표면에 노출되는 숯, 활성탄 및 탄산수소나트륨을 포함한다.
상기 숯 및 활성탄의 평균크기는 0.01~10mm일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 포장보드의 성형성 및 가스 흡착효율이 우수할 수 있다.
포장기재층(10)은 0.5mm 내지 10cm 두께로 형성될 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 성형성 및 기계적 강도를 확보할 수 있다.
한 구체예에서 코팅층(20)은 0.1 내지 25mm의 두께로 형성될 수 있다. 여기서 상기 두께는, 코팅층(20) 표면에 형성된 제2 혼합물을 포함하는 두께일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 포장보드(100)의 성형성, 저장성, 방습성, 항균성 및 가스제거효율이 우수할 수 있다.
이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 통해 본 발명의 구성 및 작용을 더욱 상세히 설명하기로 한다. 다만, 하기 실시예는 본 발명의 이해를 돕기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 범위가 하기 실시예에 한정되지는 않는다. 여기에 기재되지 않은 내용은 이 기술 분야에서 숙련된 자이면 충분히 기술적으로 유추할 수 있는 것이므로 그 설명을 생략하기로 한다.
실시예

포장기재로 가로 10cm, 세로 10cm, 및 두께 0.5cm의 골판지를 적용하였으며, 참나무를 탄화하여 제조된 숯, 및 숯을 800℃ 온도 조건에서 수증기 처리하여 제조된 활성탄을 준비하였다. 상기 숯 및 활성탄의 평균크기는 1mm인 것으로 준비하였다. 카제인 바인더는 물 100 중량부에 카제인 분말(밀크 카세인) 15 중량부를 투입하고 1차 교반하여 제1 혼합액을 제조하여 10분 동안 정치한 다음, 상기 제1 혼합액에 물 50 중량부를 투입하고 2차 교반후 25분 동안 정치하여 제조하였다.
상기 포장기재의 일면에 상기 숯 및 활성탄 100 중량부(숯 35 중량% 및 활성탄 65 중량% 포함)와, 상기 카제인 바인더 110 중량부를 포함하는 제1 혼합물을 도포하여 코팅층을 형성하였다. 상기 코팅층의 표면에 상기 제1 혼합물 성분과 동일한 종류 및 평균크기를 갖는 숯 35 중량부, 활성탄 65 중량부 및 탄산수소나트륨 3 중량부를 포함하는 제2 혼합물을 도포한 다음, 상기 코팅층을 25℃에서 1시간~24시간 동안 건조하여 포장보드를 제조하였다. 상기 제2 혼합물을 포함하는 코팅층의 두께는 3mm 이었다.

외관성
및 식품 신선도 평가
상기 실시예 1 및 비교예 1~5의 포장보드를 대상으로 하여 외관성 및 항균성을 평가하였다. 각 물성에 대한 평가 방법은 다음과 같다.
* 외관성
상기 실시예 1 및 비교예 1~5의 포장보드의 표면상태(갈라짐 없이 매끈한 정도)를 기준으로 외관성을 평가하여 하기 표 1에 나타내었다(◎: 우수 ○: 양호 △: 보통 ×: 불량).
* 식품 신선도: 부패비율(%)
실시예 1 및 비교예 1~5의 포장보드를 직육면체 박스 형태로 만들어 내부에 부추를 보관한 후, 신선도를 조사하였다. 구체적으로 신선한 부추를 선별하여 가정용 냉장고에 온도를 약으로 조절하여 상기 실시예 1 및 비교예 1~5의 포장보드 박스에 각각 1단(500g)씩 넣어 10일간 보관하면서 상태 변화(신선도)를 관찰하였다. 그 결과를 표 1에 나타내었다.
실험예
2: 항균성 평가
상기 실시예 1 및 비교예 2의 포장보드에 대하여 포장보드에 대하여 대장균(Escherichia coli ATCC 25922), 녹농균(Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 15442)에 대하여 세균 감소율을 KICM-FIR-1002 시험방법에 의해 측정하여 하기 표 2에 나타내었다.
실험예
3: 탈취효과 측정
본 발명의 탈취효과를 알아보기 위한 시험으로 상기 제조된 실시예 1 및 비교예 1~5의 포장보드에 대하여 시험방법은 KFIA-FI-1004를 적용하였고, 시험가스로는 암모니아를 사용하였으며, 가스농도측정은 가스검지관을 이용하여 탈취율을 측정하여 하기 표 3에 그 결과를 나타내었다.
표 2 및 표 3의 상기 Blank는 시료를 넣지 않은 상태에서의 측정을 나타낸다. 상기 표 1 내지 표 3의 결과를 참조하면, 실시예 1의 포장보드는 성형성이 우수하였으며, 부추가 비교예 1~5에 비해 부패된 것이 거의 없어 저장성 및 선도 유지 효과가 우수한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 한편, 탄산수소나트륨을 포함하는 제1 혼합물을 적용한 비교예 1의 경우, 탄산수소나트륨과 카제인이 반응하여 지나치게 빠르게 경화되어 제2 혼합물에 포함된 숯 및 활성탄이 쉽게 이탈하는 등 외관성이 저하되었으며, 선도 유지 및 저장성 또한 실시예 1에 비해 저하되었다. 또한, 탄산수소나트륨을 포함하지 않는 비교예 2는 선도 유지효과 및 항균성이 실시예 1에 비해 저하되었으며, 숯 및 활성탄을 미포함하는 제2 혼합물을 적용한 비교예 3은 항균성 및 탈취효과가 저하되었으며, 본 발명의 카제인 바인더 함량을 벗어난 비교예 4 및 5는 코팅층의 부착성이 저하되어 성형성이 저하되었으며, 선도 유지 효과 및 탈취 효과 또한 저하되는 것을 알 수 있었다.

Claims (1)
- 포장기재층;
상기 포장기재층의 적어도 일면에 형성되며, 숯, 활성탄 및 카제인을 포함하는 코팅층; 및
상기 코팅층의 일면에 함침되고, 적어도 일부가 상기 코팅층의 표면에 노출되는 숯, 활성탄 및 탄산수소나트륨을 포함하는 농산물 보관용 포장보드이며,
상기 농산물 보관용 포장보드는
숯 및 활성탄 100 중량부 및 카제인 바인더 25~150 중량부를 포함하는 제1 혼합물을 포장기재의 적어도 일면에 도포하여 코팅층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 코팅층의 표면에 숯 및 활성탄 80~160 중량부 및 탄산수소나트륨 1~15 중량부를 포함하는 제2 혼합물을 도포하는 단계; 및
상기 제2 혼합물이 도포된 코팅층을 건조하는 단계;를 포함하여 제조되는 것이며,
상기 제1 혼합물 및 제2 혼합물에 포함되는 숯 및 활성탄은 각각 1:0.5~1:5 중량비로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 농산물 보관용 포장보드.
