Abstract
a) 휘발성 오일 및 디메티콘/비닐디메티콘크로스폴리머, 디메티콘크로스폴리머, 천연송진 및 카프릴릭/카프릭트리글리세라이드를 함유하는 유상 성분;
b) 계면활성제;
c) 유기계헥토라이트 및 분체를 함유하는 파우더 성분; 및
d) 정제수 및 암모늄폴리아크릴로일디메틸타우레이트/브이피코폴리머를 함유하는 수상 성분을 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 화장료 조성물은 끈적임이 적고 피부 도포시 가벼운 사용감을 부여할 수 있다. 또한, 소량의 수분을 가진 역미셀에 의해 신규한 제형을 가짐에 따라 많은 양의 파우더를 배합할 수 있어 커버력이 우수하며 균일한 도포가 가능하며 일정한 점성을 가지며 수분 보호막으로 인해 보습감을 부여하는 장점이 있다.

Claims (21)
- 전체 화장료 조성물의 중량에 대해,
a) 휘발성 오일 5 내지 50 중량%, 디메티콘/비닐디메티콘크로스폴리머 0.1 내지 5 중량%, 디메티콘크로스폴리머 0.1 내지 5 중량%, 천연송진 0.1 내지 30.0 중량%, 카프릴릭/카프릭트리글리세라이드 0.5 내지 30.0 중량%를 함유하는 유상 성분;
b) 계면활성제 0.1 내지 10.0 중량%;
c) 유기계헥토라이트 0.5 내지 30.0 중량% 및 분체 0.5 내지 30.0 중량%를 함유하는 파우더 성분; 및
d) 정제수 0.5 내지 20.0 중량% 및 암모늄폴리아크릴로일디메틸타우레이트/브이피코폴리머 0.01 내지 3.00 중량%를 포함하는 수상 성분을 포함하며,
상기 휘발성 오일은 사이클로펜타실록산(cyclopentasiloxane), 메티콘(methicone) 및 디메티콘(dimethicone)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상이고,
상기 분체는 산화철, 산화티탄, 산화아연, 탈크, 실리카, 및 나일론 파우더로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것인,
화장료 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 천연송진의 경도가 2 이상인 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제는 피이지-10 디메티콘/비닐디메티콘크로스폴리머 및 사이클로펜타실록산, 및 세틸피이지/피피지-10/1 디메티콘으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유기계헥토라이트는 디스테아르디모니움헥토라이트(disteardimoniumhectorite), 쿼터늄-18 헥토라이트(Quternium-18 hectorite), 및 스테아랄코늄헥토라이트(stearalkoniumhectorite)로 이루어진 군으로부터 1종 이상이 선택되는 것인 화장료 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분체는 메티콘(methicone), 메틸폴리실록산(methylpolysiloxane), 디메티코놀스테아레이트(dimethiconol stearate), 트리에톡시카프릴일실란(triethoxycaprylylsilane) 및 디메티콘(dimethicone)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 실리콘 화합물로 표면 코팅 처리된 것인 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
에틸헥실메톡시신나메이트(ethylhexylmethoxycinnamate), 옥틸살리실레이트(octyl salicylate), 벤조페논-3(bezophenone-3), 벤조페논-4(bezophenone-4), 벤조페논-8(bezophenone-8), 글리세릴파바(glyceryl PABA), 드로메트리졸(drometrizole), 디갈로일트리올레이트(digalloyltrioleate), 3-(4-메틸벤질리덴)캄파(3-(4-methylbenzylidene)camphor), 멘틸안트라닐레이트(menthylanthranilate), 부틸메톡시디벤조일메탄(butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane), 옥틸트리아존(octyltriazone), 및 파라아미노안식향산(p-aminobezoic acid)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 자외선 흡수제; 방부제; 및 향료로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 첨가제를 더 포함하는 것인 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화장료 조성물은 액체 파운데이션(liquid foundation), 크림 파운데이션(cream foundation), 컨실러(concealer), 썬 로션(sun lotion), 썬 크림(sun cream), 비비 로션(bb lotion), 비비 크림(bb cream) 인 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화장료 조성물은 유중수형의 역미셀 구조를 갖는 것인 화장료 조성물.
- (ⅰ) 천연 송진을 카프릴릭/카프릭트리글리세라이드에 가온 용해하는 단계;
(ⅱ) 휘발성 오일 및 분체를 균일하게 혼합하는 단계;
(iii) 계면활성제에 디메티콘/비닐디메티콘크로스폴리머, 디메티콘크로스폴리머 및 유기계헥토라이트를 투입 후 혼합하는 단계; 및
(iv) 암모늄폴리아크릴로일디메틸타우레이트/브이피코폴리머를 정제수에 용해시킨 후, 상기 단계 (i) 내지 (iii)에서 제조된 물질들과 혼합하는 단계
를 포함하고,
상기 휘발성 오일은 사이클로펜타실록산(cyclopentasiloxane), 메티콘(methicone) 및 디메티콘(dimethicone)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상이고,
상기 분체는 산화철, 산화티탄, 산화아연, 탈크, 실리카, 및 나일론 파우더로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것인,
제1항의 화장료 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 천연 송진의 경도가 2 이상인 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 단계 (i)는 35 내지 60℃에서 수행되는 것인 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 단계 (i)은 40℃에서 수행되는 것인 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제는 피이지-10 디메티콘/비닐디메티콘크로스폴리머 및 사이클로펜타실록산, 및 세틸피이지/피피지-10/1 디메티콘으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 유기계헥토라이트는 디스테아르디모니움헥토라이트(disteardimoniumhectorite), 쿼터늄-18 헥토라이트(Quternium-18 hectorite), 및 스테아랄코늄헥토라이트(stearalkoniumhectorite)로 이루어진 군으로부터 1종 이상이 선택되는 것인 제조방법.
