Abstract
Description
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 부직포와 크랙 방지 모르타르를 이용한 건축물의 바닥 마감 설치 공법을 설명하기 위한 공정도이다.
도 4a 내지 도 4f는 본 발명에 따른 부직포와 크랙 방지 모르타르를 이용한 건축물의 바닥 마감 설치 공법의 설치 과정을 설명하기 위한 설명도이다.

Claims (6)
- 건축물 바닥인 구체 콘크리트층 상면을 정리하는 면정리 공정과;
상기 구체 콘크리트층의 테두리에 수축 팽창에 의한 충격을 감소시키도록 합성 수지 재질의 필러를 부착시키는 필러 부착 공정과;
상기 구체 콘크리트층의 상면에 상기 구체 콘크리트층과 분리를 위해 부직포를 설치하여 부직포층을 형성하는 부직포 형성 공정과;
상기 부직포의 상면에 와이어 메쉬를 설치하여 와이어 메쉬층을 형성하는 와이어 메쉬 형성 공정과;
상기 부직포와 상기 와이어 메쉬 상면에 크랙 방지 모르타르를 타설 양생하여 크랙 방지 모르타르층을 형성하는 크랙 방지 모르타르층 형성 공정; 및
상기 크랙 방지 모르타르층 상면에 바닥 마감재를 타설 양생하여 바닥 마감재층을 형성하는 바닥 마감재 형성 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포와 크랙 방지 모르타르를 이용한 건축물의 바닥 마감 설치 공법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 면정리 공정은,
상기 구체 콘크리트층의 상면 일부를 제거하여 면정리를 수행하거나, 상기 구체 콘크리트층 상면에 신규 철근 콘크리트를 타설하여 신규 철근 콘크리트층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포와 크랙 방지 모르타르를 이용한 건축물의 바닥 마감 설치 공법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 신규 철근 콘크리트층은,
100~200㎜의 두께로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포와 크랙 방지 모르타르를 이용한 건축물의 바닥 마감 설치 공법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 크랙 방지 모르타르층은,
규사 8~61중량%, 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트 20~30중량%, 알루미나 시멘트 5~15중량%, 석회석 5~15중량%, 황산칼슘 5~15중량%, 폴리머수지 3~9중량%, PVA 섬유 0.8~6.0중량%, 유동화제 0.1~1.0중량%, 소포제 0.1~1.0중량%를 혼합한 크랙 방지 모르타르 조성물을 물과 혼합하여 타설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포와 크랙 방지 모르타르를 이용한 건축물의 바닥 마감 설치 공법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 크랙 방지 모르타르층은,
30~150㎜의 두께로 형성되고, 양생후 상면에 아크릴계 또는 라텍스계 프라이머를 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포와 크랙 방지 모르타르를 이용한 건축물의 바닥 마감 설치 공법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 바닥 마감재는,
4~15㎜의 두께로 형성되고, 양생후 상면을 폴리싱한 다음 코팅제를 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포와 크랙 방지 모르타르를 이용한 건축물의 바닥 마감 설치 공법.
