Claims (3)
- 제강공정 부산물을 포함하는 혼합재료로 브리켓(briquettes)을 제조하는 설비에 있어서,
상기 혼합재료가 하부 방향으로 선회 유동을 따르면서 배출되게 하는 재료공급유닛;
상기 재료공급유닛의 하부에 회전됨에 따라 상호 맞닿을 수 있도록 설치되는 것으로, 각각의 외주면에는 다수개의 성형홈부가 형성되되 각각의 성형홈부가 상호 맞닿을 수 있도록 대응되게 형성되어 배출되는 혼합재료를 브리켓으로 성형하는 롤 타이어를 포함하는 성형유닛; 및,
상기 성형유닛의 하부에 설치되는 것으로 상부의 일측에 투입구가 형성되고 하부의 전측에 배출구가 형성된 케이싱부, 상기 케이싱부의 상부에 설치되어 낙하하는 브리켓을 투입구로 이송시키는 쿠션컨베이어부 및, 상기 케이싱부에 내장되어 투입구를 통해 적층되는 브리켓을 배출구로 이송시키는 실린더부를 포함하는 반출유닛;을 포함하여 이루어지며,
상기 재료공급유닛은,
역 원추형상의 몸체,
상기 몸체의 상부측 외주면에 접선방향으로 몸체의 내부와 연통되게 설치되어 혼합재료가 유입되는 유입관 및,
상기 몸체의 하부와 연통되어 유입된 혼합재료가 선회 운동을 따르는 궤적으로 하향 배출되는 배출관을 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 실린더부는,
전후진되는 로드를 포함하는 실린더,
상기 로드의 전단부에 설치되는 배출판 및,
상기 배출판의 상부에 설치되되 로드의 전후진에 따라 상기 투입구를 차단 또는 개방시키도록 설치되는 막음판을 포함하여 이루어지며,
상기 투입구의 후단에는,
이탈방지구가 수직설치되되,
상기 이탈방지구는 쿠션컨베이어부의 전단부와의 대향측에 경사지는 빗면부가 형성되어 쿠션컨베이어부와의 간섭을 방지하면서 브리켓이 외부로 이탈되는 것을 방지하고,
상기 케이싱부의 하부에는,
상기 투입구를 통해 케이싱부의 내부에 적층되는 브리켓의 중량을 감지하기 위한 다수개의 로드셀이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브리켓 제조설비. - 삭제
