Abstract
또한 본 발명은 몸체플랜지를 일측말단 외주연에 구비하는 몸체파이프와 슬리브플랜지를 타측말단 외주연에 구비하고, 일측 외주연에 패킹과 슬리브결합플랜지를 구비하며, 몸체파이프의 내부에 삽입되어 결합되는 슬리브파이프를 포함하여 구성되고, 유체가 접촉되는 몸체파이프와 슬리브파이프만 스테인레스 재질로 이루어지며, 몸체파이프는 타측 외주연에 몸체결합플랜지가 용접결합되어 슬리브결합플랜지와 볼트로 결합되거나, 몸체플랜지의 타측 하부에 결합홀이 형성되어 슬리브결합플랜지와 볼트로 결합되어 구현된다.

Claims (5)
- 몸체플랜지(12)를 일측말단 외주연에 구비하는 몸체파이프(10);와
슬리브플랜지(22)를 타측말단 외주연에 구비하고, 일측 외주연에 패킹(30)과 슬리브결합플랜지(24)를 구비하며, 상기 몸체파이프(10)의 내부에 삽입되어 결합되는 슬리브파이프(20);를 포함하여 구성되고,
유체가 접촉되는 상기 몸체파이프(10)와 상기 슬리브파이프(20)만 스테인레스 재질로 이루어지며,
상기 몸체파이프(10)는 상기 몸체플랜지(12)의 타측 하부에 결합홀(12a)이 형성되어 상기 슬리브결합플랜지(24)와 볼트로 결합되고, 상기 몸체파이프(10)에서 상기 슬리브결합플랜지(24)를 마주보는 타측말단에는 상기 몸체파이프(10) 및 상기 슬리브파이프(20) 사이에 구비된 상기 패킹(30)이 밀착되도록 내측에서 외측으로 갈수록 점차 확장되는 경사를 갖는 패킹 접촉면(10a)이 더 형성되되,
상기 슬리브파이프(20)는, 상기 슬리브플랜지(22)의 하부면 일측에 용접결합되는 수평한 제1슬리브파이프(20a)와, 상기 제1슬리브파이프(20a)의 타측에 형성되는 용접부(42)와, 상기 슬리브플랜지(22)의 하부면 타측에 용접결합되는 제2슬리브파이프(20b)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이너스테인레스 신축관.
