Claims (4)
- 일측으로부터 타측으로 직경이 점차적으로 감소되는 경사면을 갖는 관통홀이 중앙부에 형성된 연결플랜지(110)와, 상기 연결플랜지(110)의 관통홀 타측 둘레로부터 직각으로 연장되는 관체부(120)로 이루어지며, 상기 관체부(120)의 내주면에는 관통홀의 경사면 끝단으로부터 일정한 직경을 갖는 수평부(121)와 그 수평부(121)로부터 직경이 점차 감소되는 경사부(122)가 순차적으로 형성된 배관삽입부재(100)와;
양단이 일정간격 이격되도록 절단된 링형상으로 일정한 두께를 갖는 두께유지부(210)와, 점차 감소되는 두께를 갖도록 상기 두께유지부(210)로부터 연장되고 끝단에 톱니(221)가 구비된 두께감소부(220)로 이루어져 상기 배관삽입부재(100)와 이에 삽입된 배관(10) 사이에 개재되되, 일측 및 타측에 일정간격으로 절삭홈(201)이 형성되고, 상기 경사부(122)가 두께감소부(220)측으로 진행됨에 따라 톱니(221)가 배관(10)에 밀착되어 상기 배관삽입부재(100) 및 배관(10)을 상호간에 고정시키는 배관고정부재(200)와;
일측이 상기 배관삽입부재(100)의 관통홀 내측면과 배관(10) 외측면을 따라 밀착되고 타측이 상기 연결플랜지(110)와 볼팅결합되는 플랜지(20)에 의해 가압되는 고무패킹(300);으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관체 연결 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 고무패킹(200)의 타측 및 플랜지(20) 사이에는 금속 실링재(400)가 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관체 연결 장치. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 금속실링재(400)에는 고무패킹(200)을 수평하게 관통하여 배관고정부재(200)의 일측과 접촉가능한 복수개의 지지리브(410)가 일정간격으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관체 연결 장치. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 금속실링재(400)는 고무패킹(200)에 매설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관체 연결 장치.
