- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 형광체가 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 조성을 가지는 형광체:<화학식 2>ZnS: Cuv, Clw, Mnx, Tey상기 식에서,0<v<0.05, 0<w<0.05, 0.01≤x≤0.1 및 0.0008≤y≤0.03이다.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 0.02<x<0.08 및 0.002<y<0.02 인 것을 특징으로 하는 형광체.
- 제 1 항의 형광체를 포함하는 백색발광소자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 백색발광소자가 분산형 전계발광소자인 것을 특징으 로 백색발광소자.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 전계발광소자가 청색 형광체 및 녹색 형광체를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색발광소자.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 청색 형광체가 ZnS: Tm, F, SrS: Ce, (Zn1-x, Srx)S: Ce(0<x<1), CaGa2S4: Ce, ZnS: Cu, Cl, ZnS: Cu, 및 I로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색발광소자.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 녹색 형광체가 ZnS: Cu, Al, ZnS: Tb, F, 및 CaS: Ce로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색발광소자.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 항에 따른 형광체의 방출 스펙트럼 피크 파장이 600 내지 630 nm이고, 상기 청색 형광체의 방출 스펙트럼 피크 파장이 430 내지 470 nm이고, 상기 녹색 형광체의 방출 스펙트럼 피크 파장이 510 내지 550 nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 백색발광소자.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 백색 발광 소자가 신호등, 통신 기기, 디스플레이 장치의 백라이트 또는 조명용인 것을 특징으로 하는 백 색발광소자.
- 구리 및 염소 부활 황화아연 형광체, 망간 금속 전구체 화합물, 및 텔루르 금속 전구체 화합물을 혼합 및 1차 소성하는 단계;상기 1차 소성 단계의 결과물을 분쇄하는 단계; 및상기 분쇄물 및 구리 금속을 혼합 및 2차 소성하는 단계;를 포함하는 형광체 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 1차 소성 및 2차 소성이 밀폐된 공간에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광체 제조방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐된 공간이 10-5 내지 10-2Torr의 진공분위기인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 구리 및 염소 부활 황화아연 형광체가황화아연, 구리 금속 전구체 화합물, 및 융제를 혼합 및 건조하는 단계; 및상기 건조물과 황 분말을 혼합 및 소성하는 단계;를 포함하는 방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광체 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 망간 금속 전구체 화합물이 Mn, MnTe, MnS, 및 MnCO3로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 형광체 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 텔루르 금속 전구체 화합물이 Te, CuTe, 및 MnTe로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 형광체 제조방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 구리 금속 전구체 화합물이 CuSO4ㅇ5H2O, CuSO4, Cu, 및 CuS로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 형광체 제조방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 융제가 MgCl2, BaCl2, 및 NaCl로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 형광체 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 1차 소성 단계가 900 내지 1200℃ 의 온도에서 3 내지 6시간 동안 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 2차 소성 단계가 600 내지 800℃의 온도에서 3 내지 6시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 소성 단계가 1050 내지 1150℃의 온도에서 3 내지 6시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
