Claims (1)
- 축선 방향으로 연장되는 통 형상의 금속 쉘과, 상기 금속 쉘의 선단에 설치되고, 상기 금속 쉘보다도 상기 축선 방향을 따른 길이가 짧으며, 선단을 향해서 축경하는 통 형상의 캡부를 가지는 하우징과,
후단부가 상기 하우징 내에 배치되고, 선단부가 상기 캡부의 선단으로부터 돌출하며, 상기 축선 방향을 따라서 이동하는 것이 가능한 봉 형상의 히터부와,
상기 축선 방향을 따른 상기 히터부의 이동을 가능하게 하면서, 상기 히터부와 상기 하우징을 연결하는 연결부재와,
상기 히터부를 통하여 전달되는 하중에 대응하여 연소압의 검출을 실시하는 압력센서를 구비하는 연소 압력센서 장착 글로 플러그로서,
상기 캡부는 상기 금속 쉘의 재료보다도 인장강도 또는 내력이 큰 재료에 의해 형성되어 있고,
상기 금속 쉘은 상기 캡부의 재료보다도 열팽창률이 큰 재료에 의해 형성되어 있고,
상기 캡부는 후단측에 원통 형상의 원통부를 구비하고 있고,
상기 금속 쉘의 두께는 상기 캡부의 원통부의 두께보다도 두껍고,
상기 캡부의 원통부의 내경은 상기 금속 쉘의 내경보다도 크고,
상기 연결부재는 후단측에 형성된 차양 형상의 플랜지부와, 선단측에 형성된 박막 형상의 평면부와, 플랜지부와 평면부를 접속하는 원통부를 가지며,
상기 연결부재가 상기 캡부의 원통부 내에 배치되어 있고,
상기 캡부의 원통부의 두께는 0.5㎜에서부터 1.0㎜까지이고,
상기 연결부재의 원통부의 두께는 상기 캡부의 원통부의 두께보다 얇은 것을 특징으로 하는 연소 압력센서 장착 글로 플러그.
