Abstract
즉, 본 발명은 코스팅 모드에서의 코스팅 토크량을 엔진이 가지는 기어별 엔진 마찰(Friction)토크에 고전압 배터리(Main Battery) SOC 제어를 위한 토크와, 차량 전장 부하를 고려한 토크와, 도로 구배에 따른 코스팅 토크를 더한 최종 코스팅 토크로 적용함으로써, 운전자의 요구토크를 충족시켜 운전성을 향상시키는 동시에 고전압 배터리 SOC 상태를 충전 지향으로 보존하여 연비 향상을 도모할 수 있도록 한 하이브리드 차량의 코스팅 토크 제어 방법을 제공하고자 한 것이다.

Claims (5)
- 하이브리드 차량의 코스팅 모드 진입시 코스팅 주행을 위한 코스팅 토크량이 수동 기어 변속단별 엔진 마찰토크에 고전압 배터리의 SOC 보존을 위한 보상토크와, 차량 전장 부하를 고려한 보상토크와, 도로 구배에 따른 코스팅 보상토크를 합하여 산출된 최종 코스팅 토크로 적용되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 코스팅 토크 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 고전압 배터리의 SOC 보존을 위한 보상토크와, 차량 전장 부하를 고려한 보상토크와, 도로 구배에 따른 코스팅 보상토크는 실험을 통하여 구축된 맵 데이터로부터 추출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 코스팅 토크 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 고전압 배터리의 SOC 보존을 위한 보상토크는 모터토크로서 고전압 배터리의 SOC 상태가 저 SOC 상태이면 증가 적용되고, 고 SOC 상태이면 감소 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 코스팅 토크 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 차량 전장 부하를 고려한 보상토크는 모터토크로서 전장 부하가 증가할수록 증가 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 코스팅 토크 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 도로 구배에 따른 코스팅 보상토크는 모터토크로서 강판 주행시 증가 적용되고, 평지로 갈수록 감소 적용되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 코스팅 토크 제어 방법.
