Claims (10)
- 하기의 화학식 1로 표시되는 스쿠아레인 유도체.
[화학식 1]
상기 화학식 1에서,
R1 및 R2는 서로 독립적으로, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 알콕시기로 치환 또는 비치환된 아릴기이고,
R3은 2가 기로, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 알킬기로 치환 또는 비치환되고, F, S, N, O, P 및 Si로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 헤테로 원자를 포함하는 탄소수 2 내지 60의 헤테로 아릴렌기이고,
R4는 수소; 탄소수 1 내지 20의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 알킬기이고,
Z는 황 또는 산소이고,
a는 1 내지 4의 정수이고,
b는 1 내지 4의 정수이고,
n은 1 내지 10의 정수이다. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 R1 및 R2는 서로 독립적으로 메톡시페닐, 이소부톡시페닐, (2-메틸부톡시)페닐, 헥실옥시페닐, (2-에틸헥실옥시)페닐, 옥틸옥시페닐, (2-(2-메톡시에톡시)에톡시)페닐, 1,2-디메톡시페닐, 1,2-디이소부톡시페닐, 1,2-비스(2-메틸부톡시)페닐 또는 1,2-비스(헥실옥시)페닐인 것을 특징으로 하는 스쿠아레인 유도체. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 R3은 2가 기로 티오펜, 3-알킬티오펜, 1-알킬-1H-피롤, 티에노[3,2-b]티오펜, 2,3-디하이드로티에노[3,4-b][1,4]디옥신, 벤조[c][1,2,5]티아디아졸 또는 5-알킬-5H-티에노[3,4c]피롤-4,6-디온을 포함하고, 3-알킬티오펜, 1-알킬-1H-피롤 및 5-알킬-5H-티에노[3,4c]피롤-4,6-디온에서 상기 알킬기는 수소; 탄소수 1 내지 20의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 알킬기인 것을 특징으로 하는 스쿠아레인 유도체. - 삭제

R3은 2가 기로, F, S, N, O, P 및 Si로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 헤테로 원자를 포함하는 탄소수 2 내지 60의 헤테로 아릴렌기이고,
R4는 수소; 탄소수 1 내지 20의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 알킬기이고,
n은 1 내지 10의 정수이다. - 청구항 1 내지 4, 7 및 8 중 어느 한 항의 스쿠아레인 유도체를 포함하는 염료감응 태양전지용 염료.
