Claims (7)
- 중량 퍼센트(wt%)로, 옥실산2수산화물 3.2~5.2wt%, 중불화암모늄 5.7~7.7wt%, 과산화수소수 39~49wt% 및 잔부는 물을 포함하는 방향성 전기강판의 표면처리제.
- 중량 퍼센트(wt%)로, 30~40℃의 물을 제공하는 단계;
상기 물에 옥실산2수산화물 3.2~5.2wt%, 중불화암모늄 5.7~7.7wt%를 순차적으로 용해시켜 용해액을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 용해액에 과산화수소수 39~49wt%를 투입하는 단계를 포함하는
방향성 전기강판의 표면처리제 제조방법. - 중량 퍼센트(wt%)로, 옥실산2수산화물 3.2~5.2wt%, 중불화암모늄 5.7~7.7wt%, 과산화수소수 39~49wt% 및 잔부는 물을 포함하는 표면처리제를 준비하는 단계;
고온 소둔 후의 방향성 전기강판을 상기 표면처리제에 침지시켜 표면을 연마하는 단계;
상기 연마된 방향성 전기강판을 산화방지 처리하는 단계, 및
상기 산화방지 처리된 방향성 전기강판을 세척 및 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 방향성 전기강판의 표면처리 방법. - 제3항에서,
상기 표면 연마단계에서 표면처리제의 온도를 20~30℃로 유지하는 방향성 전기강판의 표면처리 방법. - 제4항에서,
상기 침지시간은 2~3분인 방향성 전기강판의 표면처리 방법. - 제3항에서,
상기 산화방지 처리는 연마된 방향성 전기강판을 수산화나트륨 용액에 침전시켜 이루어지는 방향성 전기강판의 표면처리 방법. - 제6항에서,
상기 수산화나트륨 용액의 수산화나트륨 함량은 20~30wt%인 방향성 전기강판의 표면처리 방법.
