Claims (10)
- 카메라에서 복수개의 프레임들로부터 파노라믹 이미지를 조합하는 방법에 있어서,카메라를 사용하여 비디오 스트림을 획득하는 과정과,스틸 이미지로서 캡쳐를 위해 상기 비디오 스트림으로부터 초기 프레임을 선택하는 과정과,적어도 하나의 추가적인 프레임을 더 선택하는 과정과,상기 카메라에서 상기 초기 프레임에 대해 상기 적어도 하나의 추가적인 프레임을 스티칭하여 파노라믹 이미지를 생성하는 과정을 포함하고, 상기 적어도 하나의 추가적인 프레임을 더 선택하는 과정은,상기 적어도 하나의 추가적인 프레임의 정렬을 위한 다음 프레임 테두리를 상기 카메라의 디스플레이 상에 제공하는 과정과;상기 카메라가 수평 또는 수직 방향으로 이동할 때 상기 다음 프레임 테두리를 수평 또는 수직 방향으로 이동시켜서, 수평 또는 수직 방향에서 상기 적어도 하나의 추가적인 프레임의 정렬 정도를 나타내는 과정과;상기 적어도 하나의 추가적인 프레임이 상기 다음 프레임 테두리와 정렬될 때, 스틸 이미지로서 캡쳐를 위해 상기 비디오 스트림으로부터 상기 적어도 하나의 추가적인 프레임을 선택하는 과정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 파노라믹 이미지를 조합하는 방법.

- 제5항에 있어서, 카메라 모션을 기반으로 하는 피드백을 제공하는 과정을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 파노라믹 이미지를 조합하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 카메라의 메모리에 상기 파노라믹 이미지를 저장하는 과정과,프로젝션 알고리즘을 적용하여 상기 디스플레이 상에서 상기 파노라믹 이미지의 버추얼 3D 프로젝션을 생성하는 과정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 파노라믹 이미지를 조합하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 프로젝션 알고리즘은 사용자가 프로젝션 각도를 변경하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 파노라믹 이미지를 조합하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 프레임은 서로 다른 위치로부터 획득되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 파노라믹 이미지를 조합하는 방법.
- 복수개의 프레임들로부터 파노라믹 이미지를 조합하는 카메라에 있어서,비디오 스트림을 제공하는 비디오 획득 모듈과,스틸 이미지로서 캡쳐를 위해 상기 비디오 스트림으로부터 초기 프레임을 획득하는 선택 모듈과,사용자가 적어도 하나의 추가적인 프레임을 선택하도록 가이드하는 사용자 인터페이스와,상기 초기 프레임에 상기 적어도 하나의 추가적인 프레임을 스티칭하여 파노라믹 이미지를 생성하는 스티칭 모듈을 포함하고,상기 사용자 인터페이스는 상기 적어도 하나의 추가적인 프레임의 정렬을 위한 다음 프레임 테두리를 상기 카메라의 디스플레이 상에 제공하고,상기 사용자 인터페이스는 상기 카메라가 수평 또는 수직 방향으로 이동할 때 상기 다음 프레임 테두리를 수평 또는 수직 방향으로 이동시켜서, 수평 또는 수직 방향에서 상기 적어도 하나의 추가적인 프레임의 정렬 정도를 나타내고,상기 적어도 하나의 추가적인 프레임이 상기 다음 프레임 테두리와 정렬될 때, 스틸 이미지로서 캡쳐를 위해 상기 비디오 스트림으로부터 상기 적어도 하나의 추가적인 프레임이 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 카메라.
