Abstract
이에 의해, 접착시트 제조공정에서 버려지는 접착테이프의 양을 최소화함으로써 원자재 사용효율을 향상시키고, 제조원가를 절감할 수 있다. 또한, 제거되는 스크랩영역의 크기를 최소화함으로써 스크랩영역 제거시 이형력을 감소시켜 대면적 디스플레이장치의 제조에 적합하다.

Claims (6)
- 디스플레이장치의 백라이트유닛과 액정패널을 접착하기 위한 접착시트 제조방법에 있어서,
롤에 감겨진 메인필름의 이송방향의 가로방향인 제1방향으로, 롤에 감겨진 제1접착테이프를 단속적으로 절단하여 설정된 이격간격을 이루며 상기 메인필름에 부착하는 단계와;
상기 제1접착테이프에 제1스크랩영역을 구분하기 위한 제1절단선을 형성하는 단계와;
상기 제1스크랩영역을 제거하는 단계와;
상기 제1접착테이프의 양단에 상기 제1방향의 가로방향인 제2방향으로 제2접착테이프를 부착하여 사각틀 형상을 이루도록 하는 단계와;
상기 제1접착테이프 및 제2접착테이프의 상부로 커버필름을 합지하여 접착시트를 만드는 단계와;
상기 접착시트에 스크랩부를 구분하기 위한 구분선을 형성하는 단계와;
상기 스크랩부를 제거하는 단계;를 포함하는 디스플레이장치용 접착시트 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1접착테이프를 단속적으로 절단하여 상기 메인필름에 부착하는 단계는, 상기 메인필름을 설정 속도로 균일하게 이송하는 단계와, 상기 제1접착테이프를 설정 두께만큼 상기 메인필름 상부로 이송시킨 후 정지하는 단계와; 커터를 이용하여 상기 제1접착테이프를 절단하여 상기 메인필름에 부착하는 단계와; 상기 이격간격 만큼 상기 제1접착테이프의 이송을 정지하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치용 접착시트 제조방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제2접착테이프를 부착하는 단계는,
상기 제1접착테이프의 각 양단을 따라 상기 메인필름의 이송방향인 상기 제2방향으로, 롤에 감겨진 상기 제2접착테이프를 상기 메인필름에 부착하는 단계와;
상기 제2접착테이프에 제2스크랩영역을 구분하기 위한 제2절단선을 형성하는 단계와;
상기 제2스크랩영역을 제거하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치용 접착시트 제조방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제2스크랩영역을 제거하는 단계와, 상기 커버필름을 합지하는 단계는 동시에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치용 접착시트 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 메인필름 및 커버필름은 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET) 재질로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치용 접착시트 제조방법.
