- 삭제
- 절단면의 수직절단 또는 절단면이 피절단재의 표면에 대해 직각이 아닌 다른 각도를 갖는 개선(開先)절단을 행하는 플라즈마 절단 장치에 있어서,전극의 주위에 플라즈마 가스를 공급함과 동시에 노즐로부터 플라즈마 아크를 분사하여 상기 절단면을 절단 및 개선가공하는 플라즈마 토치와,상기 플라즈마 토치를 목적으로 하는 절단 경로에 따라 이동시키는 이동 장치와,상기 플라즈마 토치의 전극에 인가하는 절단 전류; 플라즈마 가스 유량; 플라즈마 토치의 이동 속도; 플라즈마 토치의 상기 절단면으로부터의 높이 및 플라즈마 토치의 상기 절단면에 대한 경사 각도를 제어하는 제어장치와,상기 절단면의 상부에지와 하부에지를 상기 피절단재의 상면(上面)에 대해서 곡면상으로 절단하는 경우의 절단 전류, 절단 속도, 상기 절단면으로부터 플라즈마 토치의 높이, 플라즈마 가스 유량 중에서 적어도 어느 하나 이상인 절단 조건을 기억하는데 이용할 수 있는 기억부를 포함하고,상기 플라즈마 절단 장치가 추가로 상기 절단면을 곡면상 절단가공을 수행할 수 있는 방식으로 구성되고, 상기 절단면은 상기 피절단재의 상면에 대해서 수직방향으로 곡면이 되며,상기 플라즈마 절단장치가 추가로, 절단해야 할 형상에 있어서의 절단면의 상부에지와 하부에지를 곡면상으로 절단하는 영역을 지정하는 입력장치와,상기 입력장치에 의해 지정된 절단면의 상부에지와 하부에지를 상기 피절단재의 상면에 대해 수직방향으로 곡면상으로 절단하는 영역을 판별하는 판별부를 포함하고,상기 제어장치는 상기 플라즈마 절단 장치가 절단면을 상기 피절단재의 상면에 대해서 수직방향에서 곡면상으로 절단할 때 절단전류, 절단속도, 상기 절단면으로부터 상기 플라즈마 토치의 높이, 플라즈마 가스의 유량 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 절단 장치.
