실시예 1 에 따른 과립형 한방 건강식품을 실온에서 오후 3시에 실험실습실에서 관능적특성을 평가하고, 10명의 훈련된 관능검사원을 통하여 과립형 한방 건강식품의 색, 향, 맛, 용해정도, 전반적인 기호도에 대하여 7점 기호척도법(최고 7점, 최하 1점)으로 평가하였다. 시료는 세자리 숫자로 표기하였으며, 투명한 Pyrex 유리컵을 사용하여 각각의 음료수와 물 없이 먹는 것으로 나누어 과립형 한방 건강식품을 검사원에게 제공하였다. 그 결과는 아래의 [표2] 내지 [표4]와 같다.
