블루골드 | 조생종(수확기 7월 상순). 과실크기는 중립. 1988년 개발된 USDA 등록품종. Bluehaven와 (Ashworth x Bluecrop)의 교배종. 나무의 높이는 120 ㎝ 정도이며 수형은 개장성임. 꽃과 과실이 많이 달리므로 적화 또는 적과 작업이 필요. 과실 당도는 12 ~ 14 브릭스 정도임 |
다로우 | 만생종(수확기 7월 하순). 과실크기는 극대립. 1965년 개발된 USDA 등록품종. (Whareham x Pioneer)와 Bluecrop의 교배종. 나무의 생육상태가 강하고 수고는 150~180cm 정도임. 수형은 개장성임. 열매의 색은 밝은 청색이며, 과실이 크고 맛이 좋아 인기 품종임. 과육은 단단한 편임. 과실의 산미가 강하지만 수확기에 당산의 비율이 안정되어 풍미가 뛰어남. |
엘리자베스 | 중만생종(수확기 7월 중~하순). 과실크기는 극대립. 1966년 개발된 USDA 등록품종. (Katharine x Jersey)와 Sca㎜el의 교배종. 나무자세는 직립에서 개장성이고, 성숙기는 긴 편임. 과실은 크고 맛이 좋으며 보존성이 뛰어남. |

티프블루 | 중생종(수확기 7월 말~9월). 과실크기는 중립. 1955년 조지아 주립대학에서 육성됨. Ethe와 Clara를 교배한 USDA 등록 품종. 수세가 직립으로 강하게 성장하는 특징이 있음. 저온 요구 시간은 600~650 시간으로 래빗아이계통 중 비교적 냉해에 강한 편임. 가정에서 키우기 좋은 품종임. Brightwell이나 Powder-blue 등의 수분수가 필요함. |
오따드 | 중생종(수확기 7월 중순~8월 중순). 과실크기는 대립. 1960년 죠지아에서 육성됨. Ethel과 Callaway를 교배한 USDA 등록 품종. 열매가 완숙되기 전까지는 신맛이 강하며 수세도 강한 편임. 저온 요구 시간은 350~400 시간 정도임. 꽃이 빨리 피는 편으로 동해에 약한 편임. |

Claims (11)
- 다음 단계를 포함하는 생장점 배양을 이용한 블루베리 블루골드 품종의 식물체 형성 방법:
(a) 블루베리 블루골드(Bluegold) 품종의 생장점을 1 ~ 3 ㎎/L 지아틴(Zeatin), 27.6 ~ 55.05 ㎎/L 페릭소디움솔트-EDTA(FeNa-EDTA), 50 ~ 150 ㎎/L 미오이노시톨(Myo-Inositol), 1 ~ 3 ㎎/L 티아민 HCl(Thiamine HCl), 0.5 ~ 1.5 ㎎/L 니코틴산(Nicotinic acid), 0.5 ~ 1.5 ㎎/L 피리독신 HCl(Pyridoxine HCl), 10 ~ 50 g/L 수크로오스(Sucrose) 및 5 ~ 7 g 아가(Agar)가 포함된 WPM 배지(Lloyd & McCown Woody Plant Basal Salt Medium)와 MS 배지(Murashige & Skoog Medium, Basal Salt Mixture, NH4NO3 Free)를 3:1 비율로 혼합한 배지에 치상하여 캘러스 형성과정을 거치지 않고 신초를 형성하는 단계;
(b) 상기 신초를 1 ~ 3 ㎎/L 지아틴(Zeatin), 36.7 ~ 73.4 ㎎/L 페릭소디움솔트-EDTA, 50 ~ 150 ㎎/L 미오이노시톨, 1 ~ 3 ㎎/L 티아민 HCl, 0.5 ~ 1.5 ㎎/L 니코틴산, 0.5 ~ 1.5 ㎎/L 피리독신 HCl, 10 ~ 50 g/L 수크로오스 및 5 ~ 7 g 아가가 포함된 배지에 배양하여 다신초를 유도하는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 다신초를 0.1 ~ 0.3 ㎎/L 지아틴 또는 0.5 ~ 4.0 ㎎/L 인돌-3-부트릭산(Indole-3-butyric acid, IBA)이 포함된 WPM 배지(Lloyd & McCown Woody Plant Basal Salt Medium)와 MS 배지(Murashige & Skoog Medium, Basal Salt Mixture, NH4NO3 Free)를 3:1 비율로 혼합한 배지에서 배양하여 뿌리를 유도하는 단계.
- 다음 단계를 포함하는 생장점 배양을 이용한 블루베리 엘리자베스(Eligabeth) 품종의 식물체 형성 방법:

(a) 블루베리 오따드 품종의 생장점을 1 ~ 3 ㎎/L 지아틴(Zeatin), 27.6 ~ 55.05 ㎎/L 페릭소디움솔트-EDTA(FeNa-EDTA), 50 ~ 150 ㎎/L 미오이노시톨(Myo-Inositol), 1 ~ 3 ㎎/L 티아민 HCl(Thiamine HCl), 0.5 ~ 1.5 ㎎/L 니코틴산(Nicotinic acid), 0.5 ~ 1.5 ㎎/L 피리독신 HCl(Pyridoxine HCl), 10 ~ 50 g/L 수크로오스(Sucrose) 및 5 ~ 7 g 아가(Agar)가 포함된 WPM 배지(Lloyd & McCown Woody Plant Basal Salt Medium)와 MS 배지(Murashige & Skoog Medium, Basal Salt Mixture, NH4NO3 Free)를 1:1 비율로 혼합한 배지에 치상하여 캘러스 형성과정을 거치지 않고 신초를 형성하는 단계;
(b) 상기 신초를 1 ~ 3 ㎎/L 지아틴 리보사이드(Zeatin riboside), 36.7 ~ 73.4 ㎎/L 페릭소디움솔트-EDTA, 50 ~ 150 ㎎/L 미오이노시톨, 1 ~ 3 ㎎/L 티아민 HCl, 0.5 ~ 1.5 ㎎/L 니코틴산, 0.5 ~ 1.5 ㎎/L 피리독신 HCl, 10 ~ 50 g/L 수크로오스 및 5 ~ 7 g 아가가 포함된 배지에 배양하여 다신초를 유도하는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 다신초를 0.1 ~ 0.3 ㎎/L 지아틴 또는 0.5 ~ 4.0 ㎎/L 인돌-3-부트릭산(Indole-3-butyric acid, IBA)이 포함된 WPM 배지(Lloyd & McCown Woody Plant Basal Salt Medium)와 MS 배지(Murashige & Skoog Medium, Basal Salt Mixture, NH4NO3 Free)를 1:3 비율로 혼합한 배지에서 배양하여 뿌리를 유도하는 단계.
- 다음 단계를 포함하는 생장점 배양을 이용한 블루베리 오따드(Woodard) 품종의 식물체 형성 방법:

(a) 블루베리 티프블루 품종의 포함된 WPM 배지(Lloyd & McCown Woody Plant Basal Salt Medium)와 MS 배지(Murashige & Skoog Medium, Basal Salt Mixture, NH4NO3 Free)를 3:1 비율로 혼합한 배지에 치상하여 캘러스 형성과정을 거치지 않고 신초를 형성하는 단계;
