Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 전기 차량용 배터리의 실시형태의 일례를 보여주는 것으로, 전기 차량용 배터리가 배치되어 있는 스윙 아암을 보여주는 좌측면도이다.
도 3은 도 2에 도시된 전기 차량용 배터리가 배치되어 있는 스윙 아암을 보여주는 평면도이다.
도 4는 스윙 아암을 보여주는 분해 사시도이다.
도 5는 포팅 프로세스 이후의 상태의 스윙 아암을 보여주는 평면도이다.
도 6은 전기 모터사이클에 작용된 전기 시스템의 전체 구성을 보여주는 블록도이다.
도 7은 전기 모터사이클에 작용된 전기 시스템에서의 배터리 충전기의 구성을 보여주는 블록도이다.
도 8은 본 발명에 따른 전기 차량용 배터리의 다른 실시형태를 보여주는 것으로, 전기 차량용 배터리가 배치되어 있는 스윙 아암을 보여주는 평면도이다.

Claims (20)
- 일단이 요동축에 연결되고 타단이 후륜을 지지하는 스윙 아암과, 이 스윙 아암의 타단측에 설치되며 후륜을 구동하는 전기 모터를 구비한 전기 차량에 있어서, 전기 모터에 전력을 공급하도록 설치되는 전기 차량용 배터리로서,
상기 스윙 아암은,
상기 요동축 근방에서 상기 스윙 아암에 마련된 수납 공간; 및
이 수납 공간 내에 배터리를 위치 설정하는 가이드 홈
을 구비하고,
상기 수납 공간 내에 위치 설정된 배터리를 포팅제를 통해 고정함으로써, 배터리가 스윙 아암에 장착되며,
상기 배터리는 복수의 직사각형 판 형상의 배터리 셀로 구성되고, 상기 수납 공간의 가이드 홈이 셀마다 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 배터리. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수납 공간에 천공한 관통 구멍에 밀봉 마개를 끼우고, 수납 공간 내에 포팅제를 주입한 후에 상기 밀봉 마개를 제거함으로써, 상기 배터리를 고정하는 포팅제에 의해, 배터리에 의해 가해지는 압력을 경감시키기 위한 릴리프 통로가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 배터리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스윙 아암의 근방에 기판이 배치되고, 이 기판은, 상기 전기 모터를 제어하는 제어 기판, 또는 배터리를 충전하는 충전 회로를 갖는 발열 소자 기판을 포함하며, 상기 기판은 상기 포팅제에 의해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 배터리.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 상기 스윙 아암의 측면 또는 후면에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 배터리.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 상기 배터리에 고정되고, 상기 기판은 상기 스윙 아암의 근방에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 배터리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배터리를 구성하는 복수의 배터리 셀은, 각각의 긴 변이 상하방향을 향하게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 배터리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포팅제는 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 배터리.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수지는 수지 코팅이고, 상기 배터리는 수지 코팅에 압입 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 배터리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스윙 아암의 수납 공간은 상측에 개구부가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 배터리.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 발열 소자 기판은, 상기 제어 기판보다 차체 후방측에서 제어 기판에 고정되어 있고, 제어 기판 및 발열 소자 기판은 포팅제에 의해 둘러싸여 있으며, 발열 소자 기판에 있는 발열 부재의 일부가 포팅제로부터 노출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 배터리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배터리는 셀마다 패키징된 라미네이트형 배터리 셀의 집합체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 배터리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수납 공간에는, 상기 배터리 삽입용 개구부가 전기 차량의 측방에 마련되고,
상기 배터리는, 전기 차량의 측방으로부터 상기 스윙 아암의 수납 공간에 삽입 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 배터리. - 제13항에 있어서, 상기 수납 공간에는, 상기 개구부와 반대측에 배터리의 단부가 노출되는 절취부가 마련되며,
상기 배터리의 일부분이 상기 스윙 아암으로부터 노출되는 상태로 상기 배터리가 상기 수납 공간에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 배터리. - 제14항에 있어서, 상기 수납 공간의 절취부에 대하여, 상기 스윙 아암의 재료보다 경량인 부품으로 형성된 커버가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 배터리.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 포팅제는 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 배터리.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 수지는 수지 코팅이고, 상기 배터리는 수지 코팅에 압입 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 배터리.
- 제13항에 있어서, 각 배터리 셀은 긴 변이 상하방향을 향하게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 배터리.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 배터리는 셀마다 패키징된 라미네이트형 배터리 셀의 집합체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 배터리.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 배터리는 기판과 일체적으로 결합되고, 상기 기판은, 전기 모터를 제어하는 제어 기판과, 배터리를 충전하는 충전 회로를 갖는 발열 소자 기판을 포함하고, 상기 배터리와 상기 기판은 일체적으로 결합된 상태로 상기 스윙 아암에 삽입 및 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 배터리.
