Claims (6)
- 유리, 거울, 가요성 플라스틱, 산화피막이 형성된 알미늄재, 목재, 혼초지, 수지계열 필름이 포한 가능한 절연체 모재나 상기 모재가 갖는 전기 기능소자 상에 은, 이염기성에스테르, 시클로핵산, 아세틸셀룰로오스, 아로메틱 솔벤트의 구성성분이 포함된 납땜이음용 전도성 접착코팅제를 코팅 경화되게 하여서 전도성 접착코팅막이 형성되게 구성하되, 상기 전도성 접착코팅막은 전기기능소자의 도전층과의 접착 및 납땜과의 접착 견인력이 30~150N, 최대 면저항값이 0.05 Ω/sq(1 mil두께 기준)이하, 표면경도가 연필경도 2H~6H로 형성되게 구성함을 특징으로 하는 납땜이음용 전도성 접착코팅막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 접착코팅막의 두께는 5~1000㎛, 폭은 3mm이상으로 형성되게 구성함을 특징으로 하는 납땜이음용 전도성 접착코팅막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전도성 접착코팅제는 은(Ag) 50~70 wt %, 이염기성에스테르(Dibasic ester) 5~15 wt %, 시클로핵산(Cyclohexane) 5~15 wt %, 아세틸셀룰로오스(Cellulose acetate) 5~15 wt %, 아로메틱 솔벤트(Aromatic solvent) 5~15 wt %로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 납땜이음용 전도성 접착코팅막.
- 유리, 거울, 가요성 플라스틱, 산화피막이 형성된 알미늄재, 목재, 혼초지, 수지계열 필름이 포한 가능한 절연체 모재나 상기 모재의 전기 기능소자 상에 은(Ag) 50~70 wt %, 이염기성에스테르(Dibasic ester) 5~15 wt %, 시클로핵산(Cyclohexane) 5~15 wt %, 아세틸셀룰로오스(Cellulose acetate) 5~15 wt %, 아로메틱 솔벤트(Aromatic solvent) 5~15 wt %로 구성된 납땜이음용 전도성 접착코팅제를 코팅하여 전도성 접착코팅막을 형성하는 과정과,
상기 전도성 접착코팅막을 80~150℃의 열로 경화하여 열경화된 전도성 접착코팅막을 얻는 과정과,
상기 전도성 접착코팅막 상에 전선과 함께 연납의 땜납으로 납땜 형성하는 과정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 납땜 이음방법.
- 유리, 거울, 가요성 플라스틱, 산화피막이 형성된 알미늄재, 목재, 혼초지, 수지계열 필름이 포한 가능한 절연체 모재나 상기 모재가 갖는 전기 기능소자 상에 은, 이염기성에스테르, 시클로핵산, 아세틸셀룰로오스, 아로메틱 솔벤트의 구성성분이 포함된 납땜이음용 전도성 접착코팅제를 코팅하고 열경화하여서 전도성 접착코팅막을 형성하되, 상기 전도성 접착코팅막이 전기기능소자의 도전층과의 접착 및 납땜과의 접착 견인력이 30~150N, 최대 면저항값이 0.05 Ω/sq(1 mil두께 기준)이하, 표면경도가 연필경도 2H~6H로 형성되게 구성하는 과정과,
상기 전도성 접착코팅막 상에 전선과 함께 연납의 땜납으로 납땜 형성하는 과정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 납땜 이음방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 접착코팅막을 형성함에 있어 두께는 5~1000㎛, 폭은 3mm이상으로 형성함을 특징으로 하는 납땜 이음방법.
