Claims (4)
- 제1유압펌프(P1) 및 제2유압펌프(P2)와,상기 제1유압펌프(P1)의 상류측으로부터 순차적으로 각 병렬라인(16,17)을 통하여 연결된 선회제어스풀(13), 붐2속제어스풀(11B)과,상기 제2유압펌프(P2)측에 병렬라인(20)을 통하여 연결된 붐1속제어스풀(11A)과,상기 각 제어스풀(11A,11b,13)을 통하여 압유를 공급받거나 배출하는 선회모터(1) 및 붐실린더(3)와,상기 제어스풀(11A,11b,13)을 작동시키는 각각의 파이롯신호압력을 제공하는 파이롯제어밸브(24)와,상기 붐2속제어스풀(11B)로부터 공급된 압유를 상기 붐1속제어스풀(11A)로부터 공급된 압유와 합류시키는 합유라인(25)을 포함한 굴삭기의 붐-선회 복합동작 유압제어장치에 있어서,상기 합유라인(25)상에 설치되어 상기 합유라인(25)을 통과하는 유량을 조절하는 선회우선밸브(30)를 구비하여 상기 선회우선밸브(30)를 선회제어스풀(13)용 파이롯제어밸브(24)의 출력측과 연결한 것을 특징으로 굴삭기의 붐-선회 복합동작 유압제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 선회우선밸브(30)는 가변오리피스(31)를 구비하고, 일 측 수압부는 상기 선회제어스풀(13)용 파이롯제어밸브(24)와 선회우선제어라인(27)으로 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 굴삭기의 붐-선회 복합동작 유압제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 선회우선밸브(30)의 가변오리피스(31)는 선회제어신호압력에 비례하여 일정한 비율로 개구면적을 감소시키는 가변교축구간(X)과, 상기 교축구간(X)의 끝단에 연속하여 개구면적을 일정하게 유지하는 브리드오프구간(Y)을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 굴삭기의 붐-선회 복합동작 유압제어장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 선회우선제어라인(27)에는 선택스위치(28)의 작동에 의해 상기 선회우선제어라인(27)을 개폐하는 선택밸브(29)가 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 굴삭기의 붐-선회 복합동작 유압제어장치.
