Claims (10)
- 메커트로닉스 시스템(11)의 모델에 기초한 진단 방법이며, 에러 검출(5)은 메커트로닉스 시스템(11) 내부에서 제어 장치에 의해 실행되고 에러 식별(7)은 메커트로닉스 시스템(11)의 외부에서 연산 유닛에 의해 실행되며, 에러 검출(5) 데이터 및 에러 식별(7) 데이터는 에러 진단(3)을 위해 함께 이용되는 메커트로닉스 시스템의 모델에 기초한 진단 방법에 있어서,에러 검출(5) 시, 시스템 입력부의 입력 신호에 대한 값(u) 및 시스템 출력부의 출력 신호에 대한 실제값(y) 및 시간 벡터(t)가, 검출 제어식으로 영구 메모리에 저장되고, 에러 검출(5) 시, 메커트로닉스 시스템(11)의 출력 신호의 실제값(y)으로부터 출력 변수에 대한 목표값(y')이 유도되어 나머지(r)가 형성되며, 상기 나머지(r) 값이 최대로 허용되는 검출 임계값(rMAX)을 초과하는 경우에 에러(f, f1, f2, fi)가 검출되는, 메커트로닉스 시스템의 모델에 기초한 진단 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 에러 발생의 시점(tF)을 포함하는 시간 간격(t3) 중에 신호는 링 저장의 원리에 따라 검출 제어식으로 저장되는 메커트로닉스 시스템의 모델에 기초한 진단 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 정보를 포함하는 값들(u, y)은 시간 간격(t3) 내에 발생하는 신호들에 의해 선택되는 메커트로닉스 시스템의 모델에 기초한 진단 방법.
- 제1항, 제5항 또는 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에러 검출(5) 시 저장된 데이터가 메커트로닉스 시스템(11) 내부의 제어 장치로부터 진단 인터페이스를 통해 판독되고 메커트로닉스 시스템(11) 외부의 연산 유닛에 전송되는 메커트로닉스 시스템의 모델에 기초한 진단 방법.
- 메커트로닉스 시스템(11)의 모델에 기초한 진단 시스템이며, 메커트로닉스 시스템(11)의 내부에 배치된 제어 장치와, 메커트로닉스 시스템(11)의 외부에 배치된 연산 유닛을 포함하며, 상기 제어 장치는 메커트로닉스 시스템 내에 발생하는 에러들을 검출하고 상기 연산 유닛은 검출된 에러들을 식별하고, 에러 검출 데이터 및 에러 식별 데이터는 에러 진단을 위해 함께 이용되는, 메커트로닉스 시스템의 모델에 기초한 진단 시스템에 있어서,제어 장치는, 에러 검출(5) 시 시스템 입력부의 입력 신호에 대한 값(u) 및 시스템 출력부의 출력 신호에 대한 실제값(y) 및 시간 벡터(t)가 검출 제어식으로 영구 메모리에 저장되도록 하고, 에러 검출(5) 시 메커트로닉스 시스템(11)의 출력 신호의 실제값(y)으로부터 출력 변수에 대한 목표값(y')이 유도되어 나머지(r)가 형성되며, 상기 나머지(r) 값이 최대로 허용되는 검출 임계값(rMAX)을 초과하는 경우에 에러(f, f1, f2, fi)가 검출되는, 메커트로닉스 시스템의 모델에 기초한 진단 시스템.
