Claims (11)
- 일반식(1)로 나타내어지는 모노머 단위 및 인광성 모노머 단위를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인광성 폴리머 화합물.(여기서, R1~R27은 독립적으로 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자, 시아노기, 아미노기, 1~6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬기, 또는 1~6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알콕시기를 나타내고, 동일한 페닐기의 인접 탄소 원자에 결합한 R1~R19의 기는 서로 결합하여 축합 고리를 형성해도 좋고; R28은 수소 원자 또는 1~6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬기를 나타내고; X는 단일 결합, 산소 원자(-O-), 황 원자(-S-), -SO-, -SO2-, -NR-(여기서, R은 수소 원자, 1~4개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬기, 또는 페닐기를 나타낸다.), -CO-, 또는 1~20개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 2가의 유기기를 나타내고, 상기 유기기는 산소 원자(-O-), 황 원자(-S-), -SO-, -SO2-, -NR-(여기서, R은 수소 원자, 1~4개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬기 또는 페닐기를 나타낸다.) 및 -CO-로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 원자 또는 기로 치환되어도 좋으며; p는 0 또는 1을 나타내고;상기 R24~R27 중 적어도 하나는 1~6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬기를 나타내고, p가 1인 경우에는 R20~R23 중 적어도 하나는 1~6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬기를 나타낸다.)
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 전자 수송 모노머 단위를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인광성 폴리머 화합물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 전자 수송 모노머 단위의 전자 수송 부위는 옥사디아졸 유도체, 트리아졸 유도체, 트리아진 유도체, 벤즈옥사졸 유도체, 이미다졸 유도체 및 퀴놀리놀 유도체 금속 착체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인광성 폴리머 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 인광성 모노머 단위는 중합성 기 및 인광성 부위를 포함하고, 상기 인광성 부위는 상기 인광성 폴리머의 측쇄에 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인광성 폴리머 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 인광성 모노머 단위는 천이 금속 착제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인광성 폴리머 화합물.
- 애노드 및 캐소드 사이에 개재된 하나 이상의 폴리머 층을 포함하는 유기 발광 소자에 있어서, 하나 이상의 폴리머 층은 제 1항에 기재된 상기 인광성 폴리머 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제 7항에 있어서, UV 오존 조사 처리 또는 고주파 플라즈마 처리가 실시된 애노드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 고주파 플라즈마 처리는 유기 물질을 함유하는 가스를 사용함으로써 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 유기 물질을 함유하는 상기 가스는 플루오로카본 및 메탄 중 하나 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 고주파 플라즈마 처리는 산소 및 아르곤 중 어느 하나를 함유하는 가스를 사용함으로써 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.
