Claims (6)
- (a) 폴리염화비닐(polyvinyl chloride, PVC) 수지, 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene, PP)계열 및 열가소성 우레탄(thermoplastic polyurethane, TPU)계열 수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 엘라스토머 수지, 비프탈레이트(non-phthalate)계 가소제 및 안정제를 함유하는 상지층;(b) 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(polyethylene terephthalate, PET)를 함유하는 중지층 및(c) 폴리염화비닐(polyvinyl chloride, PVC) 수지, 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene, PP)계열 및 열가소성 우레탄(thermoplastic polyurethane, TPU)계열 수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 엘라스토머 수지, 비프탈레이트(non-phthalate)계 가소제, 안정제 및 탄산칼슘 충진제를 함유하는 하지층을 포함하는 염전용 바닥재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상지층은 폴리염화비닐 수지 50 내지 150 중량부, 엘라스토머 수지 20 내지 50 중량부, 비프탈레이트(non-phthalate)계 가소제 20 내지 50 중량부, 안정제 5 내지 10 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염전용 바닥재.
- 제1항에 있어서,하지층은 폴리염화비닐 수지 50 내지 150 중량부, 엘라스토머 수지 20 내지 50 중량부, 비프탈레이트(non-phthalate)계 가소제 20 내지 50 중량부, 안정제 5 내지 10 중량부, 및 탄산칼슘 충진제 150 내지 200 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염전용 바닥재.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 안정제는 유기산금속염계, 올레산(Oleic Acid) 또는 몬탄(갈탄) 유도체를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염전용 바닥재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a)의 상지층 및 상기 (c)의 하지층에 카본블랙을 추가적으로 함유하는 염전용 바닥재.
