Abstract

produtos para tapete laváveis com camadas de revestimento formadas de dispersões de copolímeros de éster vinílico/etileno. a presente invenção refere-se a produtos para tapete compreendendo pelo menos um substrato flexível e pelo menos uma camada de revestimento associada ao pelo menos um substrato flexível. a camada de revestimento é formada de uma composição aquosa compreendendo: a) uma dispersão de copolímeros em emulsão de acetato de vinila/etileno (vae) estabilizada com emulsificante onde o copolímero de vae contido na mesma compreende comonômeros que incluem pelo menos acetato de vinila copolimerizado com etileno e opcionalmente também com outros comonômeros funcionais e/ou não funcionais adicionais; e b) pelo menos um material de carga particulado selecionado dentre compostos inorgânicos particulados e material plástico particulado. o copolímero de acetato de vinila/etileno na dispersão de copolímero tem um tamanho de partícula, d~ w, variando de cerca de 50 a cerca de 500 nm segundo determinado por espectroscopia de aerossol a laser. tais produtos para tapete ocnservam sua integridade e aparência depois de diversas operações de lavagem á máquina alguns desses produtos para tapete têm forro revestimento com algumas das composições de revestimento usadas nesta invenção também bem propriedades antideslizantes desejáveis.
