Claims (9)
- 압축기(20)와 팽창기(30)가 접속된 냉매회로(11)를 구비하며, 이 냉매회로(11)에서 냉매를 순환시켜 냉동사이클을 수행하는 냉동장치에 있어서,상기 압축기(20)는, 흡입관(25)이 설치된 밀폐용기형의 압축기 케이싱(24)과, 이 압축기 케이싱(24)에 수용됨과 더불어, 상기 흡입관(25)으로부터 흡입한 냉매를 압축하여 이 압축기 케이싱(24) 내로 토출하는 압축기구(21)를 구비하며, 상기 압축기 케이싱(24) 내에 저류된 윤활유를 상기 압축기구(21)로 공급하도록 구성되고,상기 팽창기(30)는,유입된 냉매를 팽창시켜 동력을 발생시키는 팽창기구(31)와,이 팽창기구(31)를 수용하는 팽창기 케이싱(34)과,상기 팽창기 케이싱(34)을 관통하고, 또한 상기 팽창기구(31)에 접속되어 이 팽창기구(31)로 냉매를 도입하는 유입관(35)과,상기 팽창기 케이싱(34)을 관통하고, 또한 상기 팽창기구(31)에 접속되어 이 팽창기구(31)로부터 냉매를 도출하는 유출관(36)을 구비하는 한편,상기 팽창기 케이싱(34) 내에 고인 윤활유를 상기 압축기(20)의 흡입관(25)으로 도입하기 위한 오일회송용 배관(42)이 마련되어 있고,일단이 상기 압축기 케이싱(24)의 바닥부에 접속되고, 타단이 상기 팽창기구(31)에 접속되어, 상기 압축기 케이싱(24) 내에 저류된 윤활유를 상기 팽창기구(31)로 공급하는 급유용 배관(41)이 마련되고,상기 팽창기구(31)에서는, 냉매가 팽창하는 유체실(72)에 상기 유입관(35)이 연통하고, 윤활유가 흐르는 오일통로(111, 112, 113)에 상기 급유용 배관(41)이 연통하고 있으며,상기 급유용 배관(41)을 통해 공급된 윤활유에 의해 상기 팽창기구(31)가 윤활해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 급유용 배관(41)을 흐르는 윤활유를, 상기 오일회송용 배관(42)을 흐르는 윤활유와 열교환시켜 냉각하기 위한 냉각용 열교환기(47)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 급유용 배관(41)을 흐르는 윤활유를, 실외공기와 열교환시켜 냉각하기 위한 냉각용 열교환기(48)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 청구항 1, 5, 6 및 7 중 어느 하나에 있어서,상기 냉매회로(11)에는, 이 냉매회로(11)의 증발기와 상기 팽창기 케이싱(34)의 내부공간을 연통시키는 제 1 흡입측 통로(17)와, 이 팽창기 케이싱(34)의 내부공간과 상기 압축기구(21)의 흡입측을 연통시키는 제 2 흡입측 통로(18)가 형성되며,상기 팽창기 케이싱(34)은, 상기 제 1 흡입측 통로(17)로부터 유입된 냉매를 가스냉매와 액냉매로 분리하여 가스냉매를 상기 제 2 흡입측 통로(18)로 공급하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 팽창기(30)는, 상기 팽창기 케이싱(34)에 수용되며 상기 팽창기구(31)에 의해 구동되는 발전기(33)를 구비하는 한편,상기 팽창기 케이싱(34)의 내부공간에서는, 상기 발전기(33)의 하측부분으로 상기 제 1 흡입측 통로(17)가 연통되며, 상기 발전기(33)의 상측부분으로 상기 제 2 흡입측 통로(18)가 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
