Claims (5)
- 매질로서 액체를 사용하고 플라즈마 방전을 통해 액체를 처리하는 액체상에서의 플라즈마 방전장치로서, 상기 플라즈마 방전장치가 a) 전압이 인가되는 파워전극과, b) 상기 파워전극에 대향하는 접지전극과, c) 상기 파워전극과 상기 접지전극의 사이에 배치되는 유전체 격벽(dielectric barrier)을 포함하되, 상기 유전체 격벽은 하나 이상의 관통구멍(penetrating pore)을 갖고, 플라즈마 방전을 수행할 때, 상기 관통구멍에는 액체가 충진되고,상기 관통구멍을 갖는 유전체 격벽의 배치는 파워전극에 밀착된 형태, 매질인 액체의 중간에 위치한 형태 및 접지전극에 밀착된 형태 중에서 어느 하나인, 액체상에서의 플라즈마 방전장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액체가 충진된 관통구멍이 방전 채널을 형성하는, 액체상에서의 플라즈마 방전장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유전체 격벽의 두께와 관통구멍의 크기의 비가 4:1 - 200:1의 범위 내인, 액체상에서의 플라즈마 방전장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 파워전극에 인가되는 전압이 펄스 형태인, 액체상에서의 플라즈마 방전장치.
