Claims (5)
- 유체의 탱크(16)와, 이 탱크(16)로부터 유체를 흡입하여 토출하는 유체압 펌프(11)와, 이 유체압 펌프(11)로부터 토출된 유체가 공급되어 구동하는 유체압 액추에이터(13)를 구비한 유체압 유닛에 있어서,상기 유체압 펌프(11)의 토출압력을 검출하는 압력검출수단(17)과,상기 압력검출수단(17)의 검출압력이, 미리 상기 유체압 펌프(11)의 운전회전수에 따라 정해진 설정압력 이하가 되면, 상기 유체압 펌프(11)의 운전이상을 검지하는 이상검지수단(23)을 구비하며,상기 설정압력은, 상기 유체압 펌프(11)에서 상기 유체압 액추에이터(13)까지의 공급배관에서 발생하는 유체의 손실압력으로 정해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압 유닛.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 설정압력은 상기 유체압 펌프(11)의 운전회전수에 비례하여 증대하도록 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압 유닛.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 유체압 펌프(11)는 유압펌프이며,상기 유체압 액추에이터(13)는 유압실린더인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압 유닛.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 유체압 액추에이터(13)의 구동대상은 공작기계의 척(chuck)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압 유닛.
