Claims (6)
- 천연직물에 비닐포스포네이트계, 비닐포스포네이트계 올리고머, 비닐포스페이트계단량체, 비닐포스페이트계올리고머 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 인계 반응성단량체; 메타크릴산, 아크릴산, 아크릴 아미드 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 친수성단량체; 및 에틸아크릴레이트, 헥실아크릴레이트, 2에틸헥실아크릴레이트, 부틸아크릴레이트,프로필아크릴레이트에서 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 친유성단량체;로 이루어진 혼합 패딩액으로 처리하는 단계;상기 처리된 천연직물에 자외선 조사, 고온스팀처리 또는 이들의 혼합처리를 하여 개질시키는 단계; 및탕세와 건조하는 단계;를 포함하는 난연성, 친수성 및 유연성을 동시에 만족하는 천연섬유의 개질방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 패딩액은 인계 반응성단량체 100중량부에 대하여, 친수성 단량체 및 상기 친수성 단량체의 사용량의 0.1~0.6배의 친유성 아크릴단량체로 이루어지는 단량체 10~200부와 중합개시제를 함유하는 고형분 1~40중량%의 용액인 난연성, 친수성 및 유연성을 동시에 만족하는 천연섬유의 개질방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 중합개시제는 암모늄 퍼옥소디설페이트, 벤조일 퍼옥사이드, 하이드로겐 퍼옥사이드에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 난연성, 친수성 및 유연성을 동시에 만족하는 천연섬유의 개질방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 있어서,아크릴계 암모늄염 또는 메타크릴계 암모늄염을 패팅액의 단량체에 대하여 0.1~5중량% 더 함유하는 천연섬유의 개질방법.
- 제1항 내지 제 3항에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 방법으로 제조되는 천연직물.
- 제 4항의 제조방법으로 제조되는 천연직물.
