- 어류로부터 콜라겐 펩타이드를 얻는 방법으로서,상기 콜라겐 펩타이드는 평균 분자량이 500 내지 1,500인 펩타이드로 구성된 것이며,상기 콜라겐 펩타이드는, 하이드록시프롤린(Hydroxyproline)과 하이드록시라이신 (Hydroxylysine)의 함량이 콜라겐 펩타이드의 전체 아미노산 중 9% 이상인 것이며,상기 방법은,NaOH, Na2SO4 및 NaHCO3이 포함된 염기성 용액 또는 HCl과 H2SO4이 포함된 산성 용액을 처리함으로써, 어류 유래 원료의 불순물을 제거하고 콜라겐 단백질 성분을 추출하는 원료의 전처리 단계,상기 추출된 콜라겐 단백질 성분에 엔도형 프로테아제와 엑소형 펩티다아제가 혼합 구성되는 복합 형태인 단백질 가수분해 효소를 처리하는 가수분해 단계, 및여과 필터와 활성탄을 이용하여 원료를 여과하고 어류 특유의 색과 냄새를 제거하는 여과 및 정제단계를 포함하는, 콜라겐 펩타이드의 제조방법.

- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 가수분해 효소의 함량은, 원료 중량당 2 내지 2.5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 콜라겐 펩타이드의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 여과 및 정제단계는, 마이크로 필터 시스템을 사용하여 미세 침전물을 제거하는 마이크로필터 여과단계, 천연 유래의 규소와 활성 탄소를 첨가하여 색과 냄새를 제거하는 탈색 및 탈취단계, 울트라 필터 시스템과 나노필터 시스템을 순차적으로 사용하여 가수분해물의 고분자 폴리펩타이드 성분을 선택적으로 분해하는 울트라필터 및 나노필터 정제단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜라겐 펩타이드의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 여과 및 정제단계는, 울트라필터 및 나노필터 정제단계 이후에 전기분해법과 이온교환수지법을 순차적으로 사용하여 가수분해물을 탈염하는 탈염단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜라겐 펩타이드의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 방법은, 상기 여과 및 정제단계 이후에 잔존 물질을 건조하여 분말화하는 분말 건조화 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜라겐 펩타이드의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항, 및 제 7 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 콜라겐 펩타이드의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 콜라겐 펩타이드.
- 삭제
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 콜라겐 펩타이드는, 어류의 껍질 또는 비늘로부터 유래된 것임을 특징으로 하는 콜라겐 펩타이드.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 어류는 복어 또는 도미인 것을 특징으로 하는 콜라겐 펩타이드.
