Claims (3)
- 하우징(101)에 내장되는 스핀들(102)을 회전가능하게 지지하는 볼베어링(103)에 스핀들(102)의 회전수에 대응하는 예압을 자동으로 가하는 조절장치에 있어서,하우징(101)에 고정되고 베어링 하우징(104)에 예압을 가하는 예압스프링(106)과, 베어링 하우징(104)의 외주에 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합된 슬리브(107)의 외주면에 구비된 피스톤(105)을 포함하고,상기 피스톤(105)에 미세유압을 가하여 스페이서(109)와 완충스프링(110)을 거쳐 스핀들(102)과 결합된 플렌지(108)에 가하는 압력을 스핀들(102)의 회전수에 따라 저·중·고속으로 구분하여 전달하고,상기 스핀들(102)의 회전수가 저속인 경우보다 중속인 경우에 상기 미세유압이 더 작게 상기 피스톤(105)에 가해지도록 유압회로 상에 설치된 감압밸브(111)를 통하여 유압을 조절하고, 상기 스핀들(102)의 회전수가 고속인 경우에는 상기 미세유압에 의한 예압조절작업은 중지되고, 상기 예압스프링(106)에 의한 예압만 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세유압을 이용한 공작기계 스핀들 베어링의 자동예압조절장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 미세유압은 1.8bar 내지 2.5bar이고,상기 스핀들(102)의 회전수는 저속인 경우 5,000RPM이하이고, 중속인 경우 5,000RPM초과 15,000RPM이하이며, 고속인 경우 15,000RPM을 초과이고,상기 스핀들(102)의 회전수가 5,000RPM이하의 저속에서는 상기 미세유압이 2.5bar가 되게 하고, 상기 스핀들(102)의 회전수가 5,000RPM초과 15,000RPM이하의 중속에서는 상기 미세유압이 1.8bar가 되도록 상기 감압밸브(111)에 의하여 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세유압을 이용한 공작기계 스핀들 베어링의 자동예압조절장치.
