- 회전하는 주축(110)에 억지끼움된 주내륜(140)과, 하우징(100)의 끝단에는 텐션을 가지는 스프링(300)이 구비되며, 스프링의 또 다른 끝단에는 주외륜(130)이 하우징과 헐겁게 끼워지고, 주외륜과 주내륜의 사이에는 주전동체(150)가 삽입된 주베어링(120)과;주축에 보조내륜(180) 한 쌍이 구비되고, 보조내륜 사이에는 주축의 회전에 따른 원심력을 축방향 팽창으로 변환시키는 원심체(400)가 구비되며, 보조내륜에는 보조전동체(190, 191)가 삽입되어 회전하고, 하우징에 제1보조외륜(170)과 제2보조외륜(171)이 헐겁게 구비되며, 제1,2보조외륜은 제2간좌(210)에 의해 분리되어 구비되며, 보조외륜과 보조내륜의 사이에는 보조전동체가 삽입되어 회전하는 보조베어링(160)과;하우징에 구비된 주외륜과 제1보조외륜은 제1간좌(200)에 의하여 연결 고정된 원심력에 의한 공작기계 주축의 자동 예압 조절장치에 있어서,원심체(400)는 주축(110)에 접촉되어 고속으로 회전할 경우 원심력에 의하여 반경방향 팽창을 발생시키는 접촉부(410)와 접촉부와 연동하여 반경방향 팽창을 축방향 팽창으로 변환하는 팽창부(420)로 구비된 Y형인 것을 특징으로 하는 원심력에 의한 공작기계 주축의 자동 예압 조절장치.
