Claims (2)
- 하우징에서 축을 회전가능하게 지지하는 베어링의 예압을 자동으로 조절하는 장치에 있어서,주축(1)에 고정된 내륜(2)의 레이스홈과 하우징(4)의 내면에서 축방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합된 부쉬(5)에 고정된 외륜(6)의 경사면과의 접촉에 의하여 회전하는 전동체(3)와, 하우징(4)의 내면, 부쉬(5)의 일측에는 실린더(8)가 내장되고 실린더에는 제1전자석(9)과 안전스프링(11) 및 제2자석(12)이 차례로 삽입되고, 제2자석(12)과 부쉬(5) 사이에는 프리로드 스프링(13)이 개재되어 제1전자석(9)과 제2자석(12)사이에서 발생하는 척력에 의하여 외륜(6)의 위치를 이동시켜 전동체(3)와 외륜(6)간의 간격을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자석을 이용한 주축용 베어링의 예압조절장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제1전자석(9)과 제2자석(12)의 마주보는 자극은 서로 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자석을 이용한 주축용 베어링의 예압조절장치.
