Claims (10)

- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,연료용액 저장조(56)에 바이어싱력(biasing force)을 인가함으로써 상기 연료용액 저장조(56)를 반응챔버(60)의 압력보다 큰 압력으로 유지시키는, 전류발생 장치.
- 연료전지 특성치를 계측하는 단계;상기 연료전지 특성치가 예비결정된 파라메터의 범위에 포함되는지 결정하는 단계;상기 연료전지 특성치에 대응하여 마이크로-밸브(66)의 개방 진동수, 개방 펄스폭 및 구멍 크기중 하나 이상을 변화시키는 단계; 및바이어싱력을 화학용액 용기(56)에 인가하여 마이크로-밸브(66)를 통해 화학용액을 이동시키는 단계를 포함하는,수소발생의 조절법.
