Claims (9)
- 일반 내화성 원료 10∼90중량부,탄화규소 1∼40중량부,금속 알루미늄 1∼8중량부,핏치분말, 카본블랙, 흑연 중 적어도 1종인 탄소 0.5∼8중량부,나프탈렌산, 설폰산, 폴리아크릴산 중 적어도 1종인 음이온계 분산제 0.02∼1.0중량부, 및콜로이드성 실리카 입자가 물에 분산되고, 아크릴산계, 설폰산계, 암모늄염계열 중 적어도 1종인 음이온계 계면활성제와 암모늄계, 설폰산계 중 적어도 1종 인 분산제가 포함된 실리카졸 5∼15중량부로 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 철강 산업용 내화조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서핏치분말은 고정탄소 50% 이상이고, 연화점이 100∼150℃이며, 카본블랙은 300㎚이하의 입자크기를 갖는 순도 99중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 철강산업용 내화조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,내화성 원료가 내화점토, 뮬라이트, 카오린사모트, 보오크사이트, 용융알루미나, 소결알루미나, 하소알루미나, 산화바나디움 성분이 함유된 코란덤질 골재 중 선택한 적어도 1종 이상으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 철강산업용 내화조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,실리카졸은 입자크기가 1∼100㎚인 콜로이드성 실리카 입자가 물에 5∼50중량부 분산되어 있고, 음이온계 계면활성제 0.1∼3.0중량부 및 분산제 0.5∼0.7중량부 포함되고, pH가 8.5∼10.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 철강산업용 내화조성물.

- 제 1항, 제 3항, 제 4항, 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조성에 경화제가 0.3∼2.0중량부 더 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 철강산업용 내화조성물.
- 제 8항에 있어서.경화제는 황산마그네슘, 황산알루미늄, 중탄산나트륨, 수산화칼슘, 수산화마그네슘 중 선택한 적어도 1종의 양, 음이온계 경화제 수용액으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 철강산업용 내화조성물.
