Claims (5)
- 일반 내화성원료 10∼90중량부, Al2O3 70∼88%, V2O3 1∼4%, MgO 5∼15%, CaO 4∼9% 와 불순물을 포함한 품위를 갖는 코런덤원료 5∼60중량부, 탄화규소(SiC) 5∼30중량부 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 철강산업용 내화조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,입자크기가 1∼100㎚인 콜로이드성 실리카 입자가 물에 5∼50% 분산되어 있는 실리카졸 8∼15중량부 포함하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 찰강산업용 내화조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,탄소원료로써 고정탄소 50% 이상의 연화점(100∼150℃)인 핏치분말, 300㎚ 이하의 입자크기를 갖는 순도 99% 이상의 카본블랙, 흑연 중 1종 이상이 0.5∼3중량부 포함하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 철강산업용 내화조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 내화성원료가 점토(하소된 점토 포함), 뮬라이트, 카오린 샤모트, 보오크사이트, 용융알루미나, 소결알루미나, 하소알루미나 중 선택한 1종 또는 2종 이상의 포함하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 철강산업용 내화조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서상기 조성에 경화제가 2중량부 이하 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 철강산업용 내화조성물.
