Claims (7)
- PepMoV(pepper mottle virus) 유래의 HC - Pro(helper component-proteinase) 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 식물 RNAi 발현 벡터로 형질전환되어, PepMoV에 의한 바이러스병에 대한 내성이 증진된 식물체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 HC - Pro 유전자는 서열번호 1의 염기서열로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 식물체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재조합 식물 RNAi 발현 벡터는 도 1에 기재된 pK7GWIWG2(II)::HC-Pro 벡터인 것을 특징으로 하는 식물체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식물체는 고추인 것을 특징으로 하는 식물체.
- 제1항에 따른 식물체의 종자.
- PepMoV 유래의 HC - Pro 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 식물 RNAi 발현 벡터를 식물에 형질전환하여, HC - Pro 유전자의 유전자 침묵(gene-silencing)을 유도하는 단계를 포함하는 PepMoV에 의한 바이러스병에 대한 식물의 내성을 증진시키는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 식물은 고추인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
