Claims (6)
- 서열번호 1의 염기서열로 이루어진, 애기장대 유래의 ABF3(Abscisic acid responsive elements-binding factor 3) 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터로 형질전환되어 가뭄 저항성을 갖는 조롱박 식물체.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재조합 벡터는 도 1에 기재된 pK2GW7-ABF3 벡터인 것을 특징으로 하는 조롱박 식물체.
- 제1항에 따른 조롱박 식물체의 종자.
- 삭제
- 서열번호 1의 염기서열로 이루어진, 애기장대 유래의 ABF3(Abscisic acid responsive elements-binding factor 3) 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터로 조롱박 식물 세포를 형질전환하는 단계; 및
상기 형질전환된 조롱박 식물 세포로부터 형질전환 식물을 재분화하는 단계를 포함하는 가뭄 저항성을 갖는 조롱박 식물체의 제조 방법.
