Claims (21)
- 분리막의 내부에 다수의 불규칙한 덩어리 형태의 더미가 서로 연결되고, 그 더미와 더미 사이의 갈라진 틈새의 평균 길이가 1 내지 100㎛이고, 평균 폭이 0.1 내지 10㎛인 거대 기공을 갖는 비정형 구조의 지지층이 형성되어 있고, 상기 지지층의 상단으로 가지형 구조층 및 분리활성층이 순차적으로 형성된 것을 포함하는 중공사 분리막.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 지지층이 열유도상분리법 또는 변형 열유도상분리법에 의해 형성된 덩어리 형태로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사 분리막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 중공사 분리막이 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사 분리막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가지형 구조층이 5 내지 100㎛ 크기를 갖는 다수의 기공으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사 분리막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 분리활성층이 0.001 내지 0.1㎛ 크기를 갖는 다수의 기공으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사 분리막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 분리활성층의 두께가 0.1 내지 5㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사 분리막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 지지층이 전체 지지층 중량 기준으로 열경화성 수지 20 내지 60중량%; 빈용매 30 내지 50중량%; 유기 첨가제 0.1 내지 10중량%; 무기 첨가제 0.1 내지 20중량%; 및 비용매 0.1 내지 5중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사 분리막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 지지층이 전체 지지층 중량 기준으로 열경화성 수지 20 내지 60중량%; 빈용매 30 내지 50중량%; 유기 첨가제 0.1 내지 10중량% 및 비용매 0.1 내지 5중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사 분리막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 지지층이 전체 지지층 중량 기준으로 열경화성 수지 20 내지 60중량%; 빈용매 30 내지 50중량%; 유기 첨가제 0.1 내지 10중량%; 무기 첨가제 0.1 내지 20중량%; 비용매 0.1 내지 5중량% 및 계면활성제 0.01 내지 1중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사 분리막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 지지층이 전체 지지층 중량 기준으로 열경화성 수지 20 내지 50중량%; 빈용매 30 내지 50중량%; 양용매 1 내지 20중량%; 유기 첨가제 0.1 내지 10중량%; 무기 첨가제 0.1 내지 20중량%; 비용매 0.1 내지 5중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사 분리막.
- 제 8항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 수지가 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사 분리막.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드가 중량평균분자량 150,000 내지 700,000Da인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사 분리막.
- 제 8항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 첨가제가 중량평균분자량 10,000 내지 90,000Da의 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 중량평균분자량 200 내지 1,000Da의 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 무수말레인산 또는 폴리비닐알콜인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사 분리막.
- 제 8항, 제 10항 및 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 첨가제가 리튬클로라이드, 염화나트륨, 염화칼슘인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사 분리막.
- 제 8항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비용매가 물, 에틸렌글 리콜, 디에틸렌글리콜인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사 분리막.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제가 소듐도데실설페이트, 직쇄알킬술폰산염 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사 분리막.
- 3중 노즐로부터 내부에 내부응고액을 토출시키고, 외부로 50℃ 이하의 온도인 양용매를 토출시키며, 내부와 외부사이의 노즐에서 열경화성 수지 용액을 토출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사 분리막의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 2중 노즐로부터 내부에 내부응고액을 토출시키고, 외부로 열경화성 수지 용액을 토출시켜 고화시킨 후 연속적으로 양용매를 통과시킨 후 비용매를 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제 20항에 있어서, 상기 양용매가 5 내지 150℃의 온도범위 인 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사 분리막의 제조방법.
