Claims (4)
- 저철손 무방향성 전기강판 제조용 용강을 정련하는 방법에 있어서,전로 정련이 종료된 용강을 티밍 레이들로 출강하면서 전로 슬래그의 유출량을 억제하는 동시에 티밍 레이들에 생석회(CaO)를 첨가하는 단계와;상기 용강이 출강된 티밍 레이들을 진공탈가스 설비로 이송하여 탈탄반응시켜 탄소(C) 농도를 30ppm 이하로 낮추는 단계와;상기 진공탈가스 설비에서 페로실리콘(Fe-Si), 알루미늄(Al) 및 페로망간(Fe-Mn)을 순차적으로 첨가하여 실리콘(Si) 0.1~0.4중량%, 알루미늄(Al) 0.1~0.5중량% 및 망간(Mn) 0.1~0.4중량%로 조절하는 단계와;상기 성분 조절된 용강에 상취 랜스를 침지시켜 불활성 가스를 취입하여 상기 용강이 황(S) 40ppm 이하, 티타늄(Ti) 30ppm 이하의 농도가 되도록 용강을 교반하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저철손 무방향성 전기강판의 용강 정련방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 전로 정련이 종료된 용강을 티밍 레이들로 출강하면서 전로 슬래그의 유출량을 억제함과 동시에 티밍 레이들에 생석회(CaO)를 첨가하는 단계는 전로 출강시 슬래그 유출량을 용강1톤당 3㎏ 이하로 제한함과 동시에 상기 티밍 레이들에 생석회(CaO)를 용강1톤당 6~10㎏ 범위로 첨가하는 것을 특징으 로 하는 저철손 무방향성 전기강판의 용강 정련방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서상기 성분 조절된 용강에 상취 랜스를 침지시켜 불활성 가스를 취입하여 용강을 교반하는 단계는 티밍 레이들에 수용된 용강에 침지된 상취 랜스를 통하여 아르곤(Ar) 가스를 분당 0.5~2.0N㎥ 유속으로 분사하여 용강을 5~15분 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저철손 무방향성 전기강판의 용강 정련방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 전로 정련이 종료된 용강을 티밍 레이들로 출강하면서 전로 슬래그의 유출량을 억제함과 동시에 티밍레이들에 생석회(CaO)를 첨가하는 단계는 전로 슬래그 유출을 억제하기 위한 수단으로 전로 출강시 플러그(Plug), 다트(Dart) 및 뉴마틱 스토퍼(Pneumatic Stopper) 중에서 어느 하나 이상을 선택하여 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저철손 무방향성 전기강판의 용강 정련방법.
