Claims (5)
- 허브(Hub)(120)와, 상기 허브의 원주에 방사상으로 배치되고 익근(132)과 익단(134) 사이에 형성된 3개의 변곡점에 의하여 휨각이 교대로 바뀌는 파형 구조의 날개(130)를 다수 포함하여 이루어지는 축류팬에 있어서:상기 날개의 전연(LE)과 후연(TE)을 이은 선인 코드(Chord) 길이(CL)는,상기 허브의 외경을 Rh, 상기 허브의 중심(O)으로부터 익단까지의 거리를 Rt 및 상기 허브의 중심으로부터 상기 전연과 후연의 중앙을 이은 선인 중앙선(ML)에 대한 임의지점의 거리를 r이라 할 때,익근(132)에서 날개(130)의 중앙쪽으로 가면서 점감하여,(r-Rh)/(Rt-Rh)=0.2∼0.6 사이의 지점에서 최소값을 가지며;상기 최소값 지점으로부터 익단으로 갈수록 점증하는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 허브(120)의 중심(O)과 상기 중앙선(ML)의 익근(132)을 이은 선(L0)에 대한, 상기 허브의 중심(O)으로부터 상기 중앙선(ML)의 익단(134)을 이은 선(L1)과 이루는 각도(α1)는, 상기 허브의 중심(O)으로부터 상기 중앙선(ML)의 1번째 골부분 변곡점(P1) 및 2번째 골부분 변곡점(P2)을 이은 선(L2, L3)과 이루는 각도(α2, α3)보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 허브(120)의 중심(O)과 상기 중앙선(ML)의 익근(132)을 이은 선(L0)에 대하여, 상기 허브의 중심(O)으로부터 상기 중앙선(ML)의 1번째 골부분 변곡점(P1)을 이은 선(L2)과 이루는 각도(α2)는, 상기 허브의 중심(O)으로부터 상기 중앙선(ML)의 익단(134)을 이은 선(L1)과 이루는 각도(α1)의 1/2보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 날개(130)는, 상기 중앙선(ML)의 익근(132)으로부터 2번째 골부분 변곡점(P2)이 1번째 골부분 변곡점(P1) 보다 회전방향 앞쪽에 위치하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 각 날개(130)의 익단(134)들은 팬밴드(Fan Band)(140)에 의하여 일체적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류팬.
