- 램프하우징(110);상기 램프하우징(110)내에 회전축(121)을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 설치된 리플렉터부(120);상기 리플렉터부(120)에 설치되어 빛을 방출하는 광원부(130);상기 램프하우징(110) 외부로 열 방출되도록 상기 램프하우징(110)에 설치되는 외부방열부(140);상기 광원부(130)와 상기 외부방열부(140)를 연결하여 상기 광원부(130)의 열이 상기 외부방열부(140)로 전달되도록 하는 것으로, 상기 리플렉터부(120)와 상기 광원부(130)의 움직임에 대해 유연하게 변형되는 열전도부재(150);를 포함하며,상기 열전도부재(150)는 적어도 하나 이상의 금속박판이 중첩되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방열성능이 개선된 조사각 가변용 헤드램프장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광원부(130)에는 내부방열부(160)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 방열성능이 개선된 조사각 가변용 헤드램프장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 광원부(130)는 LED로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방열성능이 개선된 조사각 가변용 헤드램프장치.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 램프하우징(110) 하나에는 2개 이상의 리플렉터부(120)와 광원부(130)와 열전도부재(150)가 설치될 수 있고, 그 2개 이상의 열전도부재(150)는 하나의 외부방열부(140)와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방열성능이 개선된 조사각 가변용 헤드램프장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 외부방열부(140)의 외측에는 냉각팬(170)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 방열성능이 개선된 조사각 가변용 헤드램프장치.
- 램프하우징(110);상기 램프하우징(110)내에 회전축(121)을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 설치된 리플렉터부(120);상기 리플렉터부(120)에 설치되어 빛을 방출하는 광원부(130);상기 램프하우징(110) 외부로 열 방출되도록 상기 램프하우징(110)에 설치되는 외부방열부(140);상기 광원부(130)와 상기 외부방열부(140)를 연결하여 상기 광원부(130)의 열이 상기 외부방열부(140)로 전달되도록 하는 것으로, 상기 리플렉터부(120)와 상기 광원부(130)의 움직임에 대해 유연하게 변형되는 열전도부재(150);를 포함하며,상기 열전도부재(150)는 다양한 형태의 와이어로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방열성능이 개선된 조사각 가변용 헤드램프장치.
- 램프하우징(110);상기 램프하우징(110)내에 회전축(121)을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 설치된 리플렉터부(120);상기 리플렉터부(120)에 설치되어 빛을 방출하는 광원부(130);상기 램프하우징(110) 외부로 열 방출되도록 상기 램프하우징(110)에 설치되는 외부방열부(140);상기 광원부(130)와 상기 외부방열부(140)를 연결하여 상기 광원부(130)의 열이 상기 외부방열부(140)로 전달되도록 하는 것으로, 상기 리플렉터부(120)와 상기 광원부(130)의 움직임에 대해 유연하게 변형되는 열전도부재(150);를 포함하며,상기 열전도부재(150)는 다양한 체인 및 벨트 형태로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방열성능이 개선된 조사각 가변용 헤드램프장치.
- 제2항, 제7항 또는 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열전도부재(150)에는 열전도 효율이 높은 탄소나노튜브나 그라핀이 표면에 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 방열성능이 개선된 조사각 가변용 헤드램프장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 내부방열부(160)와 상기 열전도부재(150)의 접촉면, 상기 열전도부재(150)와 상기 외부방열부(140)의 접촉면에는 열합성물이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 방열성능이 개선된 조사각 가변용 헤드램프장치.
