Abstract
Description

Claims (22)
- 서로 마주보는 제1 표면과 제2 표면을 포함하고, 섬유를 포함하여 지혈제로서 사용하기에 효과적인 성질을 갖고, 생체적합성 카복실산 산화된 셀룰로스를 포함하는 직물 기재 및상기 제1 표면과 제2 표면 위에 및 상기 직물 기재 전반에 걸쳐 균일하게 분포되어 있고 생체적합성인 수용성 또는 수팽윤성 셀룰로스 중합체를 함유하는 다공성의 중합체성 매트릭스를 포함하고,상기 직물 기재 위에 및 상기 직물 기재 전반에 걸쳐 중합체성 매트릭스를 분포시키기 전에 상기 직물 기재가 수용성 올리고사카라이드 3중량% 이상을 포함하는 지혈용 상처 드레싱.
- 제1항에 있어서, 직물이 카복실산-산화된 재생 셀룰로스를 포함하는 상처 드레싱.
- 제2항에 있어서, 수용성 또는 수팽윤성 셀룰로스가 메틸셀룰로스, 하이드록시알킬 셀룰로스, 카복시메틸 셀룰로스의 염, 카복시메틸 셀룰로스 및 카복시에틸 셀룰로스로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 상처 드레싱.
- 제2항에 있어서, 다공성의 중합체성 매트릭스가 나트륨 카복시메틸 셀룰로스를 포함하는 상처 드레싱.
- 제2항에 있어서, 직물이 3 내지 30중량%의 수용성 올리고사카라이드를 포함하는 상처 드레싱.
- 제4항에 있어서, 직물이 8 내지 20중량%의 수용성 올리고사카라이드를 포함하는 상처 드레싱.
- 제4항에 있어서, 직물이 9 내지 12중량%의 수용성 올리고사카라이드를 포함하는 상처 드레싱.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 또는 수팽윤성 셀룰로스 대 직물의 중량비가 1:99 내지 20:80인 상처 드레싱.
- 제4항에 있어서, 나트륨 카복시메틸 셀룰로스 대 직물의 중량비가 3:97 내지 10:90인 상처 드레싱.
- 제1항에 있어서, 직물이 3 내지 20중량%의 물을 포함하는 상처 드레싱.
- 제4항에 있어서, 직물이 7 내지 13중량%의 물을 포함하는 상처 드레싱.
- 수용성 또는 수팽윤성 셀룰로스 중합체가 용해된 용액을 제공하는 단계,제1 정상(top) 표면과 이에 마주보는 면으로서 제2 표면을 갖고, 섬유를 포함하며, 지혈용으로 효과적인 유연성, 강도 및 다공성을 갖고, 카복실산-산화된 셀룰로스와 3중량% 이상의 수용성 올리고사카라이드를 포함하는 직물을 제공하는 단계,상기 용액을 상기 직물과, 상기 용액이 직물의 제1 및 제2 표면상에 및 당해 직물 전반에 걸쳐 균일하게 분포되도록 하기에 효과적인 조건하에서 접촉시키는 단계 및상기 용액이 상기 제1 및 제2 표면상에 및 직물 전반에 걸쳐 분포된 상기 직물을 동결건조시킴으로써, 직물의 제1 및 제2 표면상에 및 당해 직물 전반에 걸쳐 균일하게 분포된 상기 수용성 또는 수팽윤성 셀룰로스 중합체를 포함하는 다공성의 중합체성 매트릭스를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는, 상처 드레싱의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 직물이 카복실산-산화된 재생 셀룰로스를 포함하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 수용성 또는 수팽윤성 셀룰로스가 메틸셀룰로스, 하이드록시알킬 셀룰로스, 카복시메틸 셀룰로스의 염, 카복시메틸 셀룰로스 및 카복시에틸 셀룰로스로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 다공성의 중합체성 매트릭스가 나트륨 카복시메틸 셀룰로스를 포함하는 방법.
