Claims (6)
- 윤활유를 송급하는 전동 펌프와,상기 전동 펌프로부터의 윤활유의 송급 경로에 설치되어 전자 솔레노이드의 기동 및 정지에 의해 상기 송급 경로의 경로 상태를 바꾸는 솔레노이드 밸브와,상기 전자 솔레노이드의 기동을 위해 공급되는 전원 전압을 제어하는 전원 제어기를 설치하고, 또한 상기 전원 제어기에 상기 전자 솔레노이드가 기동하여 정상 상태를 유지하도록 상기 전자 솔레노이드에 대해 상기 전원 전압의 통전 및 비통전을 단속적으로 행하게 하는 통전 단속 수단을 구비한 윤활유 공급 장치에 있어서,상기 전동 펌프를 구동하기 위해 공급되는 전원 전압을 상기 전자 솔레노이드의 기동을 위해 공급되는 전원 전압에 공용하고, 상기 전원 제어기에 상기 전원 전압의 공급이 있었을 때, 상기 전자 솔레노이드에의 전원 전압의 공급을 소정 시간 지연시키는 지연 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활유 공급 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전원 전압의 최초의 통전 시간을 상기 전자 솔레노이드가 기동하여 정상 상태가 되는 소요 시간으로 설정하는 동시에, 상기 최초의 통전 시간 후에 단속하는 각 통전 시간을 상기 최초의 통전 시간보다 짧은 시간으로 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활유 공급 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 최초의 통전 시간 후에 단속하는 통전 시간 및 비통전 시간을 규칙적으로 반복하는 소정 시간으로 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활유 공급 장치.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 통전 단속 수단은 상기 전원 전압의 통전 시간 및 비통전 시간에 대응한 펄스 신호를 송출하는 펄스 신호 송출 회로와, 상기 펄스 신호 송출 회로로부터의 펄스 신호에 따라서 전원 전압을 통전 및 비통전으로 하는 스위치 회로를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활유 공급 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전동 펌프에 상기 솔레노이드 밸브를 부대시키는 동시에, 상기 전동 펌프에 상기 전원 제어기를 부대시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활유 공급 장치.
