Claims (3)
- 회전축과 내부회전컵과 회전컵커버와 회전척과 정류판과 외부고정컵과 고정컵커버 및 도포액분사노즐을 포함하여 형성되며 유리기판에 도포액을 도포하는 도포액 도포장치에 있어서,상기 고정컵커버와 상기 회전컵커버와 상기 정류판에는 각각의 중심을 수직으로 관통하는 고정홀과 회전홀과 정류판홀이 형성되고상기 도포액분사노즐은 상기 고정홀과 상기 회전홀과 상기 정류판홀을 관통하여 상기 유리기판 상면의 소정높이에 설치되어 상기 고정컵커버와 상기 회전컵커버가 닫힌 상태에서 상기 유리기판에 상기 도포액을 분사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도포액 도포장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 내부회전컵은 상기 회전척의 상부에 결합되어 회전하도록 형성되며,상기 회전척은 상면에 상기 유리기판이 안착되고 하부가 상기 내부회전컵에 결합되도록 형성되며,상기 회전컵커버는 상기 내부회전컵의 상부에 분리가능하게 결합되도록 형성되며,상기 정류판은 상기 회전컵커버의 하부에 결합되도록 형성되며,상기 외부고정컵과 상기 고정컵커버는 상기 내부회전컵과 상기 회전컵커버를 소정거리 이격되어 감싸도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도포액 도포장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상부에서 하부로 관통되는 중공축홀이 형성되며 하부가 상기 회전컵커버의 상부에 고정되고 상부가 상기 고정컵커버에 회전가능하게 결합되는 중공축을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도포액 도포장치.
