Claims (6)
- 피복 케이블이 감긴 상태에서 공급하는 공급대와, 상기 공급대에서 공급되는 피복 케이블에 일정한 간격으로 피복을 펀칭하여 가공하는 피복 펀칭기 및, 상기 피복 펀칭기를 통과하면서 피복이 펀칭 가공된 케이블을 감는 권취대로 이루어진 피복 컷팅장치에 있어서,상기 피복 펀칭기가 구동모터에 의해 구동하면서 구동드럼의 표면에 피복 케이블을 밀착하여 이송하는 구동부와, 상기 구동부를 따라 이송하는 피복 케이블에 일정한 간격을 두고 피복의 일부분을 펀칭하여 내부의 도체가 노출되게 하는 피복 펀칭부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 케이블 피복펀칭장치
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 구동부가 구동모터와 직접 연결되어 회전하는 구동드럼과, 상기 구동드럼의 표면에 피복 케이블을 밀착하여 이송시키는 이송벨트 및, 상기 이송벨트를 회전시키는 벨트 롤러로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 케이블 피복펀칭장치
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피복 펀칭부는 상기 구동드럼의 표면을 따라 이동하는 피복 케이블의 피복 일부를 펀칭하는 다수개의 컷터와, 상기 각각의 컷터를 상하로 이동하는 다수개의 승강 실린더 및, 상기 승강 실린더의 상하 작동을 순차적으로 제어하는 제어기로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 케이블 피복펀칭장치
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제어기가 승강 실린더에 공급되는 압축 공기의 흐름을 제어하는 제어밸브와, 상기 제어밸브가 일정한 간격을 두고 배치된 제어판 및, 상기 제어밸브의 바깥쪽에 설치되어 제어밸브의 작동을 제어하는 제어링으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 케이블 피복펀칭장치
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제어밸브와 제어링이 상하 중복 배치되고, 제어밸브의 접촉롤러가 제어링의 접촉 돌기에 순차 접촉되어 작동하게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 케이블 피복펀칭장치
