Abstract
Description
도 2는 염료감응형 태양전지에서 전극 및 전해질의 산화환원 전위 및 개방전압과의 상관관계 및 전자전달 반응 경로를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 3은 염료감응형 태양전지에서 본 발병에서 제시한 다중산화환원쌍계를 포함한 전해질을 사용할 경우 전해질 내의 산화환원쌍의 에너지 준위의 변화에 따라 염료감응형 태양전지의 개방전압에 주는 영향을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예 2, 비교예 3 및 비교예 4에서 제조한 염료감응형 태양전지용 전해질에 대한 전기화학적 특성을 분석한 것으로서 CHI 430 A electrochemical workstation(CH Instrument, Inc. USA)을 사용하여 전기화학적 산화관련 순환전류법(Cyclic voltammetry)을 측정한 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예 2, 비교예 3 및 비교예 4에서 제조한 염료감응형 태양전지용 전해질에 대해서 전기화학적 특성을 분석한 것으로서, CHI 430 A electrochemical workstation(CH Instrument, Inc. USA)을 사용하여 미분펄스형전류법(Differential pulse voltammetry)을 측정한 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 실시예 2, 비교예 3 및 비교예 4에서 제조한 염료감응형 태양전지에 대해 광전압 및 광전류를 측정한 전류-전압 그래프이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 실시예 1, 비교예 1 및 비교예 2에서 제조한 염료감응형 태양전지에 대해 광전압 및 광전류를 측정한 전류-전압 그래프이다.
도 8은 본 발명의 실시예 2, 비교예 3 및 비교예 4에서 제조한 염료감응형 태양전지의 시간에 따른 전류밀도(Jsc), 전압(Voc), 및 충밀계수(FF)를 이용하여 광전변환 효율(ηe)을 측정한 그래프이다.

Claims (14)
- 염료감응형 태양전지에 사용되는 전해질로서, I-/I3 - 산화환원쌍 및 (I-,X-)/I2X- 산화환원쌍이 동시에 포함되어 서로 화학적 평형관계를 이루는 다중 산화환원쌍계인 (I-,X-)/(I3 -, I2X-)를 포함하며, 상기 X는 요오드를 제외한 할로겐족 원소 또는 유사할로겐족 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 염료감응형 태양전지용 전해질.
- 염료감응형 태양전지에 사용되는 전해질로서, I-/I3 - 산화환원쌍, X-/X3 - 산화환원쌍 및 (I-,X-)/I2X- 산화환원쌍이 동시에 포함되어 서로 화학적 평형관계를 이루는 다중 산화환원쌍계인 (I-,X-)/(I3 -, I2X-, X3 -)를 포함하며, 상기 X는 요오드를 제외한 할로겐족 원소 또는 유사할로겐족 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 염료감응형 태양전지용 전해질.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 X는 Br, SeCN 및 SCN으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 염료감응형 태양전지용 전해질.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 다중 산화환원쌍계인 (I-,X-)/(I3 -, I2X-)은 전해질 내에 I-, I3 -, X- 및 I2X- 이온으로 존재하여 2개의 산화환원 반응을 일으키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 염료감응형 태양전지용 전해질.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 다중 산화환원쌍계인 (I-,X-)/(I3 -, I2X-, X3 -)은 전해질 내에 I-, I3 -, X-, X3 - 및 I2X- 이온으로 존재하여 3개의 산화환원 반응을 일으키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 염료감응형 태양전지용 전해질.
- 유기용매에 요오드염 또는 요오드를 첨가한 후, 이에 요오드를 제외한 할로겐족 원소; 요오드를 제외한 할로겐족 원소를 포함하는 염; 유사할로겐족 원소 및 유사할로겐족 원소를 포함하는 염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 첨가함으로써 2종 이상의 산화환원쌍이 서로 화학적 평형을 이룬 다중 산화환원쌍계가 전해질 내에 포함되도록 제조되고,
상기 유기용매는 아세토니트릴, 에틸렌글리콜, 부탄올, 이소부틸알코올, 이소펜틸알코올, 이소프로필알코올, 에틸에테르, 이옥산, 테트라하이드로퓨란, n-부틸 에테르, 프로필 에테르, 이소프로필에테르, 아세톤, 메틸에틸케톤, 이소부틸케톤, 에틸렌 카보네이트, 디에틸 카보네이트, 프로필렌 카보네이트, 디메틸 카보네이트, 에틸 메틸 카보네이트, 메틸 프로필 카보네이트, 메틸 이소프로필 카보네이트, 에틸 프로필 카보네이트, 부틸렌 카보네이트, γ-부티로락톤, N-메틸-2-피롤리돈 및 3-메톡시프로피오니트릴로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 이들의 혼합용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 염료감응형 태양전지용 전해질의 제조방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 다중 산화환원쌍계는 I-/I3 - 산화환원쌍 및 (I-,X-)/I2X- 산화환원쌍이 동시에 포함되어 서로 화학적 평형관계를 이루는 다중 산화환원쌍계이며, 상기 다중 산화환원쌍계는 (I-,X-)/(I3 -, I2X-)으로 표현되며 상기 X는 요오드를 제외한 할로겐족 원소 또는 유사할로겐족 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 염료감응형 태양전지용 전해질의 제조방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 다중 산화환원쌍계는 I-/I3 - 산화환원쌍, X-/X3 - 산화환원쌍 및 (I-,X-)/I2X- 산화환원쌍이 동시에 포함되어 서로 화학적 평형관계를 이루는 다중 산화환원쌍계이며, 상기 다중 산화한원쌍계는 (I-,X-)/(I3 -, I2X-, X3 -)으로 표현되며 상기 X는 요오드를 제외한 할로겐족 원소 또는 유사할로겐족 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 염료감응형 태양전지용 전해질의 제조방법.
- 청구항 7 또는 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 요오드를 제외한 할로겐족 원소는 Br이며, 유사할로겐족 원소는 SeCN 또는 SCN인 것을 특징으로 하는 고전압 염료감응형 태양전지용 전해질의 제조방법.
