Description
본 명세서에서 HFC-365mfc/227ea은 HFC-365mfc(1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로부탄)과 HFC-227ea(1,1,1,2,3,3,3-헵타플루오로프로판)이 혼합된 경우를 말하는 개념이다.
Claims (5)
- 폴리올 조성물, 발포제, 정포제 및 난연제를 혼합한 레진혼합물과 반응제를 반응시켜 얻어지는 LPG 선박용 초저온 보냉재에 사용되는 폴리우레탄 폼으로,상기 폴리올 조성물은 관능기가 6이며 수산가가 460~500인 솔비톨베이스 폴리올 25~40중량부, 평균작용기가 4.9이며 수산가가 340~380인 수크로스와 글리세롤 기반한 폴리올 30~40중량부, 평균작용기가 4.5이며 수산가가 430~480인 수크로스와 글리세롤 기반 폴리올 20~30중량부, 작용기가 3이며 수산가가 30~40인 글리세롤 기반 폴리올 5~20중량부를 사용하여 2~8의 평균 관능기와 30~600mgKOH/g의 평균 수산가를 가지는 폴리에테르계 폴리올로 이루어지고,상기 폴리올 조성물 100 중량부 대비하여 상기 정포제 1~2중량부와, 상기 발포제로 사용되는 HFC계 발포제 10~30중량부와, 상기 난연제 10~20중량부와, 상기 반응제로 사용되는 이소시아네이트(Polymeric MDI)를 포함하며,상기 HFC계 발포제는 HFC-365mfc/227ea인 것을 특징으로 하는 LPG 선박용 초저온 보냉재에 사용되는 폴리우레탄 폼.
- 청구항 1에 있어서상기 HFC-365mfc/227ea에서 HFC-365mfc:HFC-227ea의 중량비는 93:7인 것을 특징으로 하는 LPG 선박용 초저온 보냉재에 사용되는 폴리우레탄 폼.
- 청구항 1에 있어서상기 이소시아네이트(Polymeric MDI)는 이소시아네이트기(NCO)%가 29~32wt%이고, 점도가 150~300CPS(25℃)인 것을 특징으로 하는 LPG 선박용 초저온 보냉재에 사용되는 폴리우레탄 폼.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 난연제는 인계 난연제, 할로겐계 난연제 및 무기계 난연제 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 LPG 선박용 초저온 보냉재에 사용되는 폴리우레탄 폼.
- 폴리우레탄 폼을 사용하여 LPG 선박의 탱크외벽을 보냉하도록 설치하는 LPG 선박용 초저온 보냉재에 있어서,상기 폴리우레탄 폼은, 관능기가 6이며 수산가가 460~500인 솔비톨베이스 폴리올 25~40중량부, 평균작용기가 4.9이며 수산가가 340~380인 수크로스와 글리세롤을 기반한 폴리올 30~40중량부, 평균작용기가 4.5이며 수산가가 430~480인 수크로스와 글리세롤 기반 폴리올 20~30중량부, 작용기가 3이며 수산가가 30~40인 글리세롤 기반 폴리올 5~20중량부를 사용하여 2~8의 평균 관능기와 30~600mgKOH/g의 평균 수산가를 가지는 폴리에테르계 폴리올로 이루어진 폴리올 조성물과, 상기 폴리올 조성물 100 중량부 대비하여 정포제 1~2중량부와, 발포제로 사용되는 HFC계 발포제 10~30중량부와, 인계 난연제 10~20중량부를 혼합한 레진혼합물을 반응제로 사용되는 이소시아네이트(Polymeric MDI)와 반응시켜 얻어지며,상기 HFC계 발포제는 HFC-365mfc/227ea인 것을 특징으로 하는 LPG 선박용 초저온 보냉재.
