Claims (4)
- 롤러 교정기를 통과한 'H'형강의 휨 방향의 반대측을 가열수단을 이용하여 금속의 조직변태(FCC→BCC)가 일어나는 온도 이상으로 가열하는 제1단계와;상기 제1단계 후 상기 'H'형강의 가열된 부분에 냉각수를 분사하여 기지조직의 변화를 수반하지 않는 온도로 냉각하는 제2단계;를 수행하여 'H'형강의 교정불량을 재교정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형강재의 교정 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1단계에서상기 가열은 820~1130℃의 온도범위로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형강재의 교정 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제2단계에서상기 냉각은 40초~7분의 시간범위로 수냉하여 최종 냉각온도가 30℃이하가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형강재의 교정방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 가열수단은 산소토치를 채용하며, 상기 산소토치의 산소압력은 16~21kgf/cm2 범위를 만족하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형강재의 교정방법.
