진공축출의 실시 시간은 총 5시간이며, 그 조건은 다음과 같다. 1: 900℃, 5hr in 10-2 torr (회전식 진공 펌프) 2: 1000℃, 5 hr in 10-2 torr 4: 순차적으로 1000℃ 0.5 hr in 10-2 torr, 및 1000℃ 4.5 hr in 10-5 torr 5: 순차적으로 900℃ 0.5 hr in 10-2 torr, 900℃ 3.5 hr in 10-5 torr, 및 1000℃ 1 hr in 10-5 torr. |
Claims (6)
- 900 ℃, 10-2 torr의 조건 하에서 0.5시간 동안 축출을 수행한 후에 900 ℃, 10-5 torr의 조건 하에서 3.5시간 동안 축출을 수행하는 단계(단계1)와 1000 ℃, 10-5torr의 조건 하에서 1시간 동안 축출을 수행하는 단계(단계2)를 포함하는, 고순도 스폰지 티타늄의 제조를 위한 진공축출 방법.
