Claims (21)
- (A) 분자량 분포 Mw/Mn > 20인 폴리올레핀을 포함하는 폴리올레핀,(B) 실리콘-그룹 함유 화합물, 및(C) 무기 충진재 재료를 함유하는 난연성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구성성분 (A)의 양이 중합체 조성물 총량의 30 내지 70 중량%인 난연성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구성성분 (A)가 분자량 분포 Mw/Mn > 25인 폴리올레핀을 포함하는 난연성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구성성분 (A)가 0.35 이하의 g' 수치를 가진 폴리올레핀을 포함하는 난연성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구성성분 (A)가 적어도 70의 전단 박화 지수(SHI: shear thinning index) eta0.05/eta300를 가진 폴리올레핀을 포함하는 난연성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구성성분 (A)가 극성 그룹을 가진 폴리올레핀을 포함하는 난연성 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 극성 그룹을 가진 폴리올레핀이 C1- 내지 C6-알킬아크릴레이트, C1- 내지 C6-알킬 메타크릴레이트, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 및 비닐 아세테이트로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 공단량체와 알파-올레핀 단량체의 공중합체, 또는 그의 이오노머(ionomer)를 포함하는 난연성 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 극성 그룹을 가진 폴리올레핀이 구성성분 (A)의 총중량의 적어도 50 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 난연성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구성성분 (B)의 양이 중합체 조성물 총량의 1 내지 20 중량%인 난연성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구성성분 (B)가 실리콘 유체 또는 검, 및/또는 실리콘 그룹을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 다른 공단량체와 에틸렌의 공중합체인 난연성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구성성분 (B)가 폴리디메틸실록산, 및/또는 에틸렌과 비닐-폴리메틸실록산의 공중합체를 포함하는 난연성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기 충진재 (C)의 양이 중합체 조성물 총량의 20 내지 60 중량%인 난연성 중합체 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기 충진재 (C)가 주기율표 상의 1 내지 13 족 원소의 카보네이트, 옥사이드, 및/또는 설페이트를 포함하는 난연성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구성성분 (C)가 금속 카보네이트를 포함하는 난연성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이(D) 조성물 총량에 대하여 0.1 내지 10 중량% 양의 폴리프로필렌을 추가로 포함하는 난연성 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, ISO 1133에 따라 230 ℃ 및 2.16 kg에서 측정된 구성성분 (D)의 MFR2가 0.1 내지 15 g/10 min인 난연성 중합체 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 구성성분 (D)가 매트릭스 중합체로서의 폴리프로필렌 단일- 또는 공중합체 및 혼입된 에틸렌-프로필렌-고무를 함유하는 프로필렌 불균일상(heterophasic) 공중합체를 포함하는 난연성 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 및 제14항 내지 제18항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 난연성 중합체 조성물을 함유하는 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 및 제14항 내지 제18항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 난연성 조성물로 제조된 층을 포함하는 와이어(wire) 또는 케이블(cable).
