Claims (28)
- 티오트로퓸을 기본으로 하여 제제 100ml당 0.02 내지 0.05g의 농도로, 완전히 용해된 형태로 약제학적 제제에 존재하는 활성 물질로서의 티오트로퓸 브로마이드,유일한 용매로서의 물,pH를 2.7 내지 3.1로 조절하기 위한 산,제제 100ml당 8 내지 12mg 농도의 벤즈알코늄 클로라이드,제제 100ml당 8 내지 12mg 농도의 나트륨 에데테이트로 이루어진 약제학적 제제.
- 제1항에 있어서, pH가 2.8 내지 3.0임을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 제제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, pH가 무기산으로 조절됨을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 제제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제제 100ml가, 총 100ml가 되게 하는 물 중에 티오트로퓸 브로마이드 일수화물 0.057g, 무수 벤즈알코늄 클로라이드 10mg, 나트륨 에데테이트 10mg 및 pH를 2.9로 조절하기 위한 1N 염산을 용해시킴으로써 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 제제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제제 100ml가, 총 100ml가 되게 하는 물 중에 티오트로퓸 브로마이드 일수화물 0.028g, 무수 벤즈알코늄 클로라이드 10mg, 나트륨 에데테이트 10mg 및 pH를 2.9로 조절하기 위한 1N 염산을 용해시킴으로써 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 제제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 천식 및/또는 COPD 치료용 약제학적 제제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산이 pH를 2.8 내지 3.05로 조절하기 위한 것인 약제학적 제제.
- 제2항에 있어서, pH가 2.9임을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 제제.
- 제3항에 있어서, pH가 염산으로 조절됨을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 제제.
